OMG the entire time she walked back in to Tony's apt with an old badge from her job that she got fired from in 2006!

I really expected ICA to show some emotion when Tony was on the stand. I figured that would be the only time she would.

Exactly.  Also, the Nanny story is developed early on.

She also used a "nanny" when she was snowing the Grunds.  When she was confronted that she had to help out because she was taking advantage of their kindness, boom she got a nanny but if memory serves she had already been fired from Universal - I want to say April 2006
