In a way, Lee being worried at Tony's goes more towards her family NOT knowing what happened.

I agree.  I'm thinking Casey has pulled so many stunts for so many years that her parents never knew what to expect and never knew when to get worried or when not to get worried.  I think Casey has been a real problem child from the "get go."

so here is my problem -- if some of us seasoned monkeys are buying the drowning -- what hope is there for the jury to convict on 1st degree murder?

I can't believe Baez would just say it is so and some of us will take his word for it. Am I getting the wrong impression this morning? Why are we entertaining the drowning at home or at Tony's?
I think when the tape gets brought in the 'accidental' drowning will go out the window.
I was thinking the exact same thing!
Notice they have KC buttoned up to the neck today.. Too bad the jury's first impression is that sloppy pajama top with her chest exposed

Judge is so cute ...
He really is...but he can be scary, when he's laying down the law, so to speak.  I love his concern for the jurors, he is really trying to take care of them.

Who gives a rip where KC parked her car?  And honestly, what did Jose hope to gain by questioning Nate on his whereabouts the day Caylee was disappeared by her monster?

I think baez was trying to infer that the car didnt smell and was trying to go there!

In regard to the theory that George is going to take the rap and that the state and the duffense coached him, I don't get that.

I would think, for him to take the rap, he would have to admit to molestation and helping to hide Caylee's body.  I don't see that at all.

And why would the state coach George on how to effectively take the rap?  It does not make sense.

He didn't do this.  She did this.  Nobody but the skenky hoebag.  IMO.

But, it is a truly different opinion and as valuable as mine, IMO.  I just hope none of the jurors think that way.
I did not say George is going to take the rap. George knew what the accusations were going to be.  He agreed to sit still and get through that knowing that under oath he would be able to tell the truth. The DT only needed to get to ONE juror with their bull crap.

So, you think he aggred to let Bozo say what he said about KC having his penis in her mouth, to sway 1 juror, and then he would say it was a lie under oath?  I don't know, mabye, who knows.  I am sure there have been weirder things.
Yes, that is my point.

That seems too complicated to me.  Especially when ICA wouldn't even let the parents visit her. MOO.

Will he ask LE if they were present?
Probably.  I'm sure he'll question Kronk, Burner neighbor, the mail carrier, the courtreporter, the judge, and even Cindy's little dogs if he can get away with it.  Dumbazz

wouldn't that be funny if he did.  Or if the state brought in all the 911 dispatchers working that day and asked if they received a 911 call concerning a drowning.  I think it is key that Casey NEVER called 911 only those horrible abusive parents of her that she lived with well into adulthood.

They had a pool also.......

Maybe the baby did drown in a pool...just not the pool at the A's.  Especially if KC ignored Caylee to be with Tony.

Wasn't it said her car was backed into Tony's garage at one point?
I believe it was the Anthony's garage.  My understanding was that Tony did not have a garage at his apartment, just a parking lot.

OMGosh.  Baez is making KC out to be mother of the yr.  Where's that tiny little violin?

He has it hidden in his tiny digits.

Just catching up - I understand that Cameron (sp?) was first witness today?

I thought where he was going with the car thing was leading up to ask if he smelled anything odd while near her car.  But then he didn't ask that.  Weird.  So I dunno where he was going with that.

I'm hoping it's Tony L.  You never want to see an old flame unless you are looking your best, and it's Karma with a Capital K that she looks as she does today.   And what on earth would she have to say to him, "Oh, Hi, how's it going?  I'm on trial for killing my adorable daughter, which happened while I was sleeping with you and being all June Cleaver around your apartment.  What's new with you?"
