If I was Baez I would try to establish that after Caylee drowned Casey was free to stay outside of the Anthony home - away from George.  And until that point she had only been staying with her parents to protect Caylee from George.  Far fetched I know and it still won't answer why she left Caylee with her parents and didn't really work and move out but it would be something other than were you there when Caylee drowned

O.k. everybody, here's the thing...the duct tape (specifically), Caylee's clothing, the Winnie The Pooh blanket, her mama doll, the trash bags, and the laundry bag would all have to chemically test for the Anthony's pool chemicals to support the "drowning" lie.  All of these items were wrapped with her in the bags.  We have nothing to worry about, folks.

I don't believe for 1 minute that Caylee drowned unless Casey drowned the child herself...
I believe that Casey suffocated her with the tape around the baby's nose and mouth. Jmo
