Lazzaro had met a girl named Casey, BUT ... she had a kid.

BUT??? Hmm? So Casey was datable, but she had a kid. Which could explain the obvious ... Caylee was cramping Casey's style.

I caught that too.  To be honest with y'all, I don't have any kids (yet) and after dating a father with full custody in the past while dealing with mom's antics, I would never date a guy with a kid again! Sorry for the OT!  But yeah, I think, especially with the younger crowd, single parents tend to be avoided. MOO. Tony probably did not want to ever take Casey seriously and was just "dating" her briefly because she was a "fun party girl".

None of them seemed to mind that she had a daughter. I think Tony liked Caylee didn't he use to read to her and play with her in the pool? Mavbe in Casey's mind she thought she needed to be free from parenting but I don't think these kids minded that she was a mom.

I agree with what you are saying, but I think Tony's friend's general attitudes where that they were fine with Caylee being around, but they never had to be "parents" to her or live with CAylee. IIRC, I remember someone saying it was cool if CAylee stoopped by briefly but as for spending the night and "moving in" as Casey did, I don't think that would've flown over well.  Those kids liked to drink and smoke pot and that is no environment for a kid, I think these college kids understood that, and Casey was careful not to "overstay her welcome" by having Caylee in the apt constantly. MOO.

I think they will. I also think Casey contemplated killing Caylee in the past and when she met Tony and totally fell for him, she saw that Caylee did not fit into the picture and decided to move forward with her plan.  She really wanted that life that these college kids had, MOO.

So it is not even possible. that would mean that Caylee died in the morning from drowning and she just went on with her usual calls and GA went on to work. Why would she need to leave and act like she was going to work if GA knew she was not working and Caylee just died. I hope the state brings that in and presents it like that.

The next phone call (June 16th) she talks to Tony for 19 minutes @ 11:47am, 12:53 texting Tony, 1:00 pm Tony calls and talks 14 minutes, 1:26 pm texting between KC & Jesse, 1:44 pm Amy calls and talks for an hour - she's still around home at 2:52 when Jesse calls and talks for 11 minutes.

3-4:15pm @ home - calling George, Tony, Lexus, Cindy

3:04 - George calls (26 seconds)
3:35 pm calls Tony (34 seconds)
4:10 pm calls Lexus (34 seconds)
4:11 pm calls Cindy's cell twice
4:13 calls 2 more times
4:14 pm - calls Lexus (1.5 minutes)  I still don't know who was working at Lexus???


Now between Anthony home and Tony's apt.

4:18 text to and from Amy, 4 min call to Jesse, 4 min call to Tony

More on the duct tape.  A family member had a question about the duct tape and drowning, which made me think.  The duct tape wrapped so tightly 3 times around the head that it continued to hold the mandible in place after the skin had disintegrated. That would have been impossible after a drowning.  Skin absorbs water from bathing/swimming/showering and swells.  If the duct tape was wrapped post-"drowning", when the skin dried and the water evaporated, the tape would have been loose.
