I was trying to think of examples of good mothers or good fathers or really nice people who turned out to be killers, and I know there are even serial killers that many still doubt are killers, but my brain is mush.

Almost all sociaopaths are on the outside likable people..meaning it is an act and they are very crafty..and it is a craft to them...at being able to ingratiate themselves to others.. Casey would never have yelled at Caylee in front of these guys or her other friends..no one wanted that drama..and she knew she would have been out on her azz if she did.  It is a facade...nothing is as it appears with a sociopath.  She was definitely using Tony and these guys for a place to live while she was hiding from Cindy.  She was using them as a crash pad until she had her next move underway.

I caught that too.  To be honest with y'all, I don't have any kids (yet) and after dating a father with full custody in the past while dealing with mom's antics, I would never date a guy with a kid again! Sorry for the OT!  But yeah, I think, especially with the younger crowd, single parents tend to be avoided. MOO. Tony probably did not want to ever take Casey seriously and was just "dating" her briefly because she was a "fun party girl".

None of them seemed to mind that she had a daughter. I think Tony liked Caylee didn't he use to read to her and play with her in the pool? Mavbe in Casey's mind she thought she needed to be free from parenting but I don't think these kids minded that she was a mom.

I agree with what you are saying, but I think Tony's friend's general attitudes where that they were fine with Caylee being around, but they never had to be "parents" to her or live with CAylee. IIRC, I remember someone saying it was cool if CAylee stoopped by briefly but as for spending the night and "moving in" as Casey did, I don't think that would've flown over well.  Those kids liked to drink and smoke pot and that is no environment for a kid, I think these college kids understood that, and Casey was careful not to "overstay her welcome" by having Caylee in the apt constantly. MOO.

Just tuning in, so maybe I've missed this...the State needs to object every time Baez says, "Where you there on June 16th when Caylee drowned in the pool?".  Counsel is conjecturing as to cause of death and leading the witness as to same.  Cause of death has not been definitively identified by the ME as drowning.

Baez is reinforcing his "drowning" lie to jurors each time he says that and he knows it. His day is coming.  God is not mocked-just as he saw Cain kill Abel, he saw Casey kill Caylee and every last thing that happened after that. He may think he is all that right now, but God always has the last word. Given the numerous unfounded accusations he's made in open court and on-air, I predict that when this is over, Mr. Baez won't have a legal or financial leg to stand on. When the dust settles, Mr. Baez may find himself worse for the wear. Pride goes before a fall and if his ego is any indication, it gonna be a biggie. If I were Roy Kronk, I'd sue for every penny/house/car/suit/future movie-book-TV deal Baez has.  All my own opinion, but you're welcome to agree with me if you like.   

I may be all wrong, especially since nobody else said anything, but I thought Mr George tried to object and he was not heard in time and Judge Perry said it was not on the record because he was not heard.

I heard that too..his mike was off or someting and the judge said in the future be sure the mike's on when you talk..or something like that.

O.k. everybody, here's the thing...the duct tape (specifically), Caylee's clothing, the Winnie The Pooh blanket, her mama doll, the trash bags, and the laundry bag would all have to chemically test for the Anthony's pool chemicals to support the "drowning" lie.  All of these items were wrapped with her in the bags.  We have nothing to worry about, folks.

I was actually thinking about this this morning.  State has much evidence that we have yet to see.  Some lovely monkey put up a nice list couple threads back.  The state is so organized and the jurors are going to follow quite nicely.  Unlike the dufense fiasco.

Yep - and at some point in time, the Jurors are going to tune out when Baez drones on and on.   He is just NOT likable - they probably have had their fill of him already.
