I agree but that makes me worried when people say that. I mean of course she is not going to beat her kid in front of people, but that could fly into the whole accident theory, with the defense saying she had no motive to kill Caylee, she loved Caylee everyone says she loves Caylee.

The Henkel Duct tape was 2 inches wide.  Just for visual reference, the distance between my own nose and mouth is less than 2 inches wide.  It definitely more than covered Cayle''s mouth and nose-I'm sorry to say.

Wasn't there a guy at Fusion that night that was taking photos for either Fusion or for Tony and his friend's company?

If so ..prosecution needs to call that guy to the stand...if he has the pics..he took the pics..then the pics would be allowed in as evidence.
