Wonder why Byass picked 8-years-old as when the sexual abuse began?  He could have said any age ... why pick 8?
I wonder the same thing?
It may have been a time that George was not working and was home alone with her.  Or....just because.
yeah, like maybe its KC's favorite number? Or something stupid like that!

Wow these InSession people really think KC was abused by G? Do they really believe her over him?
Sex brings in viewers.

InSessions is notorious for siding with the defendant.

I can't stand that channel anymore.  Those people are morons.  Anything for a little hype and ratings.

I agree.   I can't stand any of them.

I vote "just because"...perhaps she was getting in trouble at school at that age and it's in her permanent record?  I don't get the defense at all...they pay so much attention to minutiae and leave out the big stuff...like how did Roy Kronk get ahold of Caylee's body?  A mystery like what's in Al Capone's vault---Empty, like the evidentiary support for the defense's opening statement...

Is the defense purposely trying to throw this case?

Sure...and many times throughout the case and at the end of the case, they'll ask for a dismissal (that's Mason's forte).

On sessions spoke of the tattoo, which hot me thinking...why would a sex abuse victim think their life is good enough to get a tattoo saying so?

You know, of course all of these people are going to say that she was a "good mom". These witnesses this morning have all said that they saw Caylee a total of MAYBE 2-4 times. And she never spent the night, so at most these visits were what? A few hours long? She was putting on her best act for her new boyfriend and his friends.. doing chores, cooking, being at his beck and call, of course she is going to act like a sweet, doting mother too. They have nothing to base their opinions off of, as to her skills and abilities as a mother, especially since these people never even really knew HER. All that they knew was an act and a bunch of lies.

Yea, I'm thinking along those lines also.  They had to pick a time in the history of that family when it could have been plausible.  Or some whacked out psych schmuck told them that's the age they needed to use?  Just weird.  And if Lee and Cindy both get up and deny any knowledge ... Casey's going to have to take the stand to make it believable.  She's not that good of an actress.
