It may have been a time that George was not working and was home alone with her.  Or....just because.

I vote "just because"...perhaps she was getting in trouble at school at that age and it's in her permanent record?  I don't get the defense at all...they pay so much attention to minutiae and leave out the big stuff...like how did Roy Kronk get ahold of Caylee's body?  A mystery like what's in Al Capone's vault---Empty, like the evidentiary support for the defense's opening statement...

Maybe Kronk is the one who takes the one sock that we're always missing from the laundry. Maybe he knows lots of things no one else knows?? Oh wait, no, that's completely impossible!

You know, of course all of these people are going to say that she was a "good mom". These witnesses this morning have all said that they saw Caylee a total of MAYBE 2-4 times. And she never spent the night, so at most these visits were what? A few hours long? She was putting on her best act for her new boyfriend and his friends.. doing chores, cooking, being at his beck and call, of course she is going to act like a sweet, doting mother too. They have nothing to base their opinions off of, as to her skills and abilities as a mother, especially since these people never even really knew HER. All that they knew was an act and a bunch of lies.

And why parade her daughter to them in the beginning of Tony's relationship but not at all two weeks later?   Why was it even appropriate to have the child there while she partied & screwed.

I said the same thing, why so pinpointed...odd & too much detail, not to mention horribly crude in the manner he came out with it for pure drama effect.   To me, it was the most despicable display coming from a defense attorney ever to hit a court room

It really was.  Byass wanted some high dollar attention and to shake up George.  I was proud of the way George held his temper.
