Agreed. His opening statement was sloppy, inconsistent, and bordered on the theatrics. And then it went downhill from there

this is absolutely bordering on ridiculous. if i was the jury i would be completely perturbed and turned off by the defense and the defendent. casey is going to get the death penalty by the time this is all said and done

i hope they make them work on memorial day but i doubt it will happen because the attorneys might object if they have plans and stuff and it would cost more to pay court deputies overtime

Exactly.  Also, the Nanny story is developed early on.

She really thought she was being slick by giving Caylee Xanex to knock her out, then calling it Xanny, or Zanny, the Nanny. The name Zenaida came up only when she decided she had to come up with logical substitute in case she ever had to explain Caylee's disappearance. I don't think Zenaida was a spur of the moment name however, but one she had researched and put some thought into.

If they can prove she looked up Zenaidas online, and/or found an actual Zenaida that looked at the apartment she said she dropped Caylee off at, then then that's just one more reason why there goes the swimming pool story, and there goes the denial story. They will prove it.

They do have proof of that, she looked at the Sawgrass Apts and filled out one of those visitor cards. Zenaida Gonzales.
