Good morning all!


We are starting with tears this AM. No tears yesterday do you think maybe Jose and Tony talked Tony seems more relaxed almost sad today to me.

I doubt Jose talked to Tony, that would be like bribing a witness, wouldn't it.  he is on the State's witness list.

If Baez had any skills at all as to cross-examining a witness - he might be a little bit effective.

My DH has served as a juror several times and he says the jury sizes up the attorneys and that the jurors would have seen trough Baez the FIRST day.  That he is hurting the case.  He seems in over his head.  Jurors are quick to pick up on that.
