I wanted to see KC in a suit, but I think the defense doesn't want that because they are trying to make Casey look young and innocent.  Also the reason for her long hair I think.

Am glad they decided on reading it AFTER the photo is published.  For a brief moment anyway, the bruise on Caylee's face will have an impact on the jury.  And likely some of them anyway will hear the statement and think... yeah right.  As do many of us.  Heh.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Shaeffer said George Anthony was clearly in control of Baez's cross examination.

"Really, George took over the cross examination away from Jose as far as tempo mood and testimony," Sheaffer said. "George is a very powerful witness for the state. I believe the jury is starting to realize that this fabricated story of George being involved in the accidental death and cover up is nothing more than fiction." Judge Perry was becoming increasingly impatient with Baez's stunts.

"You've been told three times he can't remember. Move on!" stated Perry.

"You asked your lawyer..," Baez attempted to ask George.

"Do not go there! Next question! Baez, approach," Perry firmly told Baez.

Judge Perry sent the jury out to scold Baez about repeatedly trying to question George about the photo that's not in evidence, even after the judge had told him about it in a sidebar conference.

Sheaffer said it is very unusual to send a jury out and publicly scold an attorney.

I totally agree...Baez looked like a stupid clown..he gets up there and doesn't have a clue what to ask.  The difference in questioning between the state and Baez is like night and day.  If I was Baez, I would be so embarrassed, but I guess he doesn't realize who a dunce he looks and sounds like.  I mean, Baez keeps getting reprimanded by the judge.

Globe Magazine approached Ricardo about buying pix from him of KC & Caylee.
He sold them for $4000.00

I do not think that Casey will abused her daughter in front of her friends. She always pretended to be the perfect mother in front to her friends. The real Casey is the Casey was dancing and being happy when her daughter was abandoned in her pet cemetery (I hope that somebody will mention that the lot where caylee was found, the killer just to buried her pets)
