I think it will create reasonable doubt.

The ONLY reasonable doubt it will create is whether or not Inmate Casey Anthony has a SOUL.  IMO, she does not.

She has a soul-but it's destination should be of concern to her.  She should fall on her knees and ask for forgiveness.  And accept her just punishment.

And what is so evident in this video clip is how her grandparents doted on her & with joy on their faces, meanwhile her mother is not caring for her but taking camcorder video of the guy singing (watch her camcorder it stays straight toward the guy singing & doesnt follow Caylee).   Why wasnt Casey off of her lazy bum and taking part WITH her daughter.

I can't wait for the jury to see "the jail house" tape with casey yelling.

I don't know if they will replay on NG.  I don't even know which feed I saw it on, but it was after HLN quit broadcasting it.  They said they lost their feed.  I'm sure it will show up somewhere.

Day 3 of the Casey Anthony trial concluded with a "secret" she told her former boyfriend Tony Lazzaro about the abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of her father.

After the jury was dismissed for the day, Lazzaro testified Casey Anthony told him that her brother tried to "feel her up." Lazzaro also said Casey Anthony confided in him that her father George Anthony hit her.

"Hitting that's all I can remember," Lazzaro said. "I took it as discipline."

Lazzaro said she never told him about any possible sexual abuse from George Anthony.

Lazzaro will be called back again in the morning.

OS evidently is more concerned with sensationalism than getting it right.   Also, the key point in Tony L's testimony is that there was NO allegation of sexual abuse by Casey's father.   The only thing mentioned to Tony was that George hit her & he took that as discipline.   This blows the defense opening statement out of the water.

Seriously, the State's not gonna put this in context?  Everytime she brought up abuse it was a scenario where she thought she was "losing her man" .... Ugh!  

Exactly.  Who is the lead atty for the state?  Mr. George just ain't cuttin it.

I am very concerned about the state's case if they don't get George off the podium. This is going to take Ashton or Linda who think fast on their feet. He does not go for the questions when they have opened up the opportunities.

I think Mr George is doing the initial interview so to speak.

Then when these people, the guys mostly are brought back in again, as more issues have been placed in evidence then Linda and or Ashton take over.  The evidence that is out there at the point of the interview on the stand is the key.  That is why I think Chris S will be called back too..there is more to his story.  And with Tony we didn't even get to the part where he is wearing a wire for the State and talking to Lee.  There's more to come and when it involves evidence that is where Linda and Jeff come into the picture.

no, but if they did... (I just can't believe Jose said she could have her dad's penis in her mouth and then go to school like nothing happened).  If she made this all up, I really can't fathom someone being that evil.

Accused child murderer Casey Anthony is in more hot water with the feds -- the I.R.S. believes she failed to pay $68k in taxes back in 2008 ... the same year she allegedly killed her 2-year-old daughter.



TMZ obtained a tax lien filed against Anthony in Florida last week -- and according to the document, Casey never forked over $68,520 in federal taxes in 2008.

Casey was charged with first-degree murder the same year -- and is currently on trial in Orlando, FL ... facing the death penalty if convicted.

Calls to Casey's attorney were not immediately returned."

Who knows where they got this but how would she owe that kind of money?

What year did Casey received the following monies and ... what percentage would be owning in income tax?

2008..that is why she owes the taxes and a fine which is determined by a certain percent added for each month yuo are late filling your income taxes.  If she received that money anytime between 9/2008-12/2008..she had until April 2009 to pay the income taxes..obviously she was in jail..so her attorney Baez should have made sure that her income taxes were paid ontime.  I suppose she could then sue him for the late fees she owes..but not for the original taxes of about $60,000.
