Sorry, but I think that. Physical abuse from George and attempted sexual from Lee...which defense will say she was just too embarrassed to admit all of it, and a psychologist will say is normal for abuse victims. Mind you, I hate it. But I'm worried!

Let's get this straight.  Spanking a child was very normal punishment in the late 80's and early 90's when she would have been a child.  That did not then, does not now nor will it ever encompass child abuse.

A slap on the behind is sometimes called for inorder to keep a child away from something that you have warned them about and they did not heed yuor warnings..case in point.a child that ventures in the street when you have just told them not to because they could get hit by a car.  Or a child that is told not to stick straight pins in light outlets and then tries to anyway..the list is endless for things that need to be reinforced to children to keep them alive and well. And I do not think Casey was a child that listened to her elders ..she appears to have to learn the hard way. 

Casey's demeanor says to me this was a child who did what she wanted when she wanted from a very young age and be damned the consequences.  That type of very bullheaded child may have needed a swap on the butt with an open hand to remind her that she was doing something dangerous.  And if she was older and lets say mouthing off and he smacked her with an open hand..that is not child abuse.

Lee did not touch her.  Even Tony did not believe that story.

She lied..she lies like a rug and bangs like a screen door in a hurricane.

She does what she wants, when she wants, and nobody is going to stop her..that is her attitude..and if you get in her way she will destroy you.

GDD, totally agree with you.  It will be proved KC lies...the State has already started laying out the proof of this clearly...so how does one ever know when she tells the truth??

A thought passing through my head...after watching the video of Caylee's 2nd birthday party video. Cindy, rather than a domineering, take over bad person seems to be the responsible lady who made sure Caylee was fed, clothed, nurtured and cared for and her interaction with her was apparent. Why did Casey not have some sort of a job? I did not see her have any interaction with Caylee during that video. If my daughter was not fulfilling her motherly duties, I believe I might step in just as Cindy did.

  yep he 'threatened' JP that he would be filing for a mistrial because the State was asking all the witnesses questions relating to lack of remorse.  JP said OK!!  JP doesn't scare easy!!

she buried her pet... more than she did for her daughter.. she put her daughter in three trashbags ? and even the dog got better treatment...  

Maybe she didn't bury the pets either. Be interesting to know if she put them in garbage bags and just threw them there too.

I thought that was funny...the state never mentioned "remorse," the state questioned witnesses about KC's demeanor before and after June 16th, based on KC's early version of the events and her "own investigation" into the disappearance of Caylee. Remorse implies (hehe) that Casey feels some regret for a "PAST MISDEED," like killing your daughter, and certainly not an accidental death...The DT is it...and KC's own worst enemy.

I got a butt whooping when I attempted a run across the street and I- 1. never got hit by a car  and 2. never killed my child..just sayin

Got to admit triple X rated came to my mind..especially after the way Baez phrased his opening statements..I wonder if that was to cover for some pics they have of her..have to admit I wondered if she made video's with any of these guys too.

Then considering George had to leave the room to puke after viewing pics LE had of Casey..makes one wonder..just what was on those pics and where did they come from..maybe the desposable cameras.

This afternoon I have been trying to think of a truth Casey has told. I can't think of one. Do you suppose Jose really believed her BS? Then he has a slap my forehead OMG moment?

I wish I would have seen the head slap moment.  Did anyone get a screen shot of that?

I have no idea what you are both talking about but then again sometimes those things can slip by. I doubt he ever had a headslap moment unless someone else clocked him
