Judge P. is getting annoyed with having to tell Baez to "USE THE MICROPHONE!" (I love that the judge is concerned about the court reporter and the jurors hearing properly.)

Perry also had to tell Baez how to proceed, he forgot to ask if the witness may strand down for even more crayon fun on the calendar.

Ah! Here comes the "George set up Casey" insinuation. Implying that George put the tape on the gas can then deliberately led LE to it, knowing that when duct tape was found on Caylee, it would tie in to Casey. The flaw in this argument is, why wouldn't he think it would tie in to him as well?

IF he was going to tell on the horseface why would he go to all the trouble to try to set her up? Caylee was horseface's responsibility and she was there when she drowned according to their STUPID STUPID story.  WHY the need to set her up?  He could have called 911 and reported her stupid sorry ass then.  The joke of an attorney has sealed her fate for her.  He told the jury that Horseface was there and they were NOT insinuating George killed her or was responsible.

FAIL. FAIL. FAIL.
If I were on the jury, I'd hate bozo by now.

so, Casey stole the f'in gas cans and now GA is the bad one -- trying to frame her; Casey kills Caylee and now GA is being blamed. Sounds like a pattern to me.

I think the judge is enjoying allowing this.  Jose has been so cocky in his courtroom.  Jose has tried to run the judge's court.  Perry knows that this case and Jose's actions will result in Jose getting his just desserts.

Absoflippinlutely, but you can hear in CJBP's voice an tone that he is fed up with Bozo.   For a judge to scold an officer in the court, it has had to gotten to the point that the record will show the attorney was inappropriately conducting him/herself.
