I think this particular matter is so minute to the overwhelming evidence the state has that it will mean nothing at all to the jury.  It's perfectly reasonable to be confused about dates and what was said 3 years ago.  Besides, by the time bozo gets where he want to be everyone will hate him so much they won't even care.

This is better than I expected.  I knew Baez would blow it but this is over the top!!  The jury will ask the judge if they can fry him too!!

all this just to prove George had access to the duct tape. I mean come on of course he had access to the duct tape I am quite sure Casey did not go out and buy any duct tape. Just because he put duct tape on the gas cans does not mean he put duct tape on Caylee why would he need to she drowned.

I thought I heard somewhere on the first day of trial that you can't sue an attorney for anything he says during a trial.

I guess that Lippman would say they're going to sue Jose if it can't happen.

I so hope the A's sue Baez for everything he's worth!

We have lived this gas and gas can mess for 3 years, can you imagine how lost the jurors are at this point?  Baez isn't even trying to make sense, because he is so busy trying to catch George in a lie.  George did give an interview about the gas can incident to Greta Van Sustern early on.  Wasn't it different in some ways than what he put in his statement?  This is going to be tricky for George and Cindy to start telling the truth now, they have been trying to help and cover for Casey, since she murdered Caylee.  What a mess.

Was there ever two different pictures of duct tape on the red gas can?  One being put on sloppy and one put on neat?

Capp.  I so do not get this at all.  I do not get why the judge is allowing him to drone on and on about the cans.  Did he kill Caylee, no.  What is he trying to prove, that he said there was no duct tape back then and is saying now he put it on there?  So what????????????  People forget stuff.

He is attempting to make it appear that George was framing his daughter - now considering the defense is accidental drowning, the idea that George (a doting grandfather and ex cop) would cover up an accident is ABSURD on its face.   There is no reason to conceal an accident, none.

I haven't ever felt sorry for George...ever since I figured out that he was the 'yard/car boy' and let Sindy support them.  BUT, I am jumping on Capp's bus for this trial.  Oh, how I wish he and Sin would have acted like this from the beginning.  They would have had all of our full support for the last 3 years.
