Just a question about all this....I read that the A's were going to sue Baez.

Is Baez allowed to allege anything KC didn't tell him?   In order for him to assert the scenerio in his opening statement MUST it have come from KC?  Or is he allowed to make it up and tell it as a fact KC told him?

I heard what is said in court is "privileged" and one cannot sue for that.

But is Baez only allowed to say what KC told him or can he just make up that statement?

I honestly believe Cindy is writing a book.  She is writing what people are saying and how she is feeling about it.  I also notice how she continuely hides behind the head of the person in front of her out of camera view.  I've seen her duck her head when she looks at the camera.

I think the judge is enjoying allowing this.  Jose has been so cocky in his courtroom.  Jose has tried to run the judge's court.  Perry knows that this case and Jose's actions will result in Jose getting his just desserts.

Absoflippinlutely, but you can hear in CJBP's voice an tone that he is fed up with Bozo.   For a judge to scold an officer in the court, it has had to gotten to the point that the record will show the attorney was inappropriately conducting him/herself.

And just think... we've only gotten started, and this is just about the dang gas cans.  Can you imagine what it will be like when they start discussing forensics?

I had hoped they would have brought in about Tony telling KC he didn't want any kids and if he did have one he only wanted a boy. I think that would have been powerful after showing how she was all up on him.

I think the State needs to put up a few calendars themselves.  Let's see if they can put down all the nights she was staying where, and the jury can put 2 and 2 together to figure out she was a ho ho ho.

KC stayed over at Richardo's 4 -5 nights a week.  Caylee would sleep on one side of him ICA on the other.
