Caylee Marie Anthony-MURDER TRIAL- DAY 3- 5/26/2011

I really hate feeling this way!  I should stop watching this, but after 3 years I want to know what they really have on her!!  I don't trust the talking heads!!  We had some horrible weather the other day and I had some time to reflect on my life.  I don't want this kind of stuff to take up residence in my heart.  If this really was an accident, they would have just made her face the music from the beginning, IMO.  I am sitting on the edge of my chair waiting to see if Cindy is going to back George.  He wouldn't be sitting there by her if she wasn't, would he?  And, if he is, and she turns on him, then I'm going to believe that this was all a last ditch effort to save her and GA agreed to let her say those things about him.  So far, I don't believe that though.

When he sat back down next to her after the "bombshell" and being crossed by Byass ... she reached over and either held his hand or patted his hand.  I took that as a sign she's standing with him ... or I'm hoping.  She's such a wildcard it's hard to know 100%.

oh oh JP Chatt's name brought up .. remember how I used to think he was Caylee's daddy? I still wonder ...

I have always thought that too!

I've always believed JP was Caylee's father.  They just look too much alike in a lot of different pictures. 

Wonder if he is if they will say so?

KC stayed over at Richardo's 4 -5 nights a week.  Caylee would sleep on one side of him ICA on the other.

The unfortunate thing is Caylee was probably safer with these numerous guys than with her own mother.  jmo

That's probably true.  Even the girlfriend didn't want to leave Caylee alone on the balcony by herself.

I honestly believe Cindy is writing a book.  She is writing what people are saying and how she is feeling about it.  I also notice how she continuely hides behind the head of the person in front of her out of camera view.  I've seen her duck her head when she looks at the camera.

Thats what I think too and if it's true, she is one cold *itch.. I would be jello on the floor and she can just sit there and write.....unreal   

This is not new to Cindy.  I often times will sit and write stuff when I have to sit still.

After I wrote that I started thinking about what JP said to the jurors..they could not write in their journals about the case...so why is Cindy allowed to sit there and write?

Does anyone remember if Amy H. is now brunette?? I've been watching the courtcam of the witnesses going in & out of the conf. rooms with prosecutors.
I think one of the witnesses is her, but she's no longer blonde.  Tall, grey dress, high heels.

Is Baez allowed to allege anything KC didn't tell him?   In order for him to assert the scenerio in his opening statement MUST it have come from KC?  Or is he allowed to make it up and tell it as a fact KC told him?

I heard what is said in court is "privileged" and one cannot sue for that.

If he does not prove it by at least putting on the stand, they would have a good lawsuit. He can't just pull sexual allegations out of thin air without having proof.  Slander is not slander if it is the truth, but it must be proven to be the truth and I am not sure KC's word would rise to that proof with her history of lying.

She is special, don't cha know? The judge's ruling don't apply to her. To be honest, I can't wait for them to get her on the stand, but I sure wish Linda or Ashton would do the questioning. Particularly Linda as she seems to infuriate her more than others.

Casey did not know JP until after Caylee was born in 2005.
But, I do agree there is some resemblance

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Tensions ran high as George Anthony was brought back to the stand on day 14 of Casey Anthony's murder trial Thursday. There were several tense exchanges between Casey's lead attorney, Jose Baez, and George Anthony.

Well, @ this point, we don't want Cindy to become hostile. The state must continue to present loving, caring grandparents, with no knowledge of Caylee's "drowning" and NO molestation in this dysfunctional family.
I hope to God Cindy tells the whole truth for Caylee!!!!

Tony admits he loved Casey.  I don't understand what Casey has...I don't think she's that attractive.  So, Jesse, Tony and I believe Ricardo love Casey even with Caylee.  Well, other than she might easy..

Yes, they are all full of crap with their own version of events.

Once another major tibit of information comes to light, I think everything will collapse like a house of cards.

George keeps backing up, I swear its almost as if he's preventing himself from knocking bozo's head clear off his shoulders

He kept shifting from foot to foot which is a good indicator of rage.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Shaeffer said George Anthony was clearly in control of Baez's cross examination.

"Really, George took over the cross examination away from Jose as far as tempo mood and testimony," Sheaffer said. "George is a very powerful witness for the state. I believe the jury is starting to realize that this fabricated story of George being involved in the accidental death and cover up is nothing more than fiction." Judge Perry was becoming increasingly impatient with Baez's stunts.

"You've been told three times he can't remember. Move on!" stated Perry.

"You asked your lawyer..," Baez attempted to ask George.

"Do not go there! Next question! Baez, approach," Perry firmly told Baez.

Judge Perry sent the jury out to scold Baez about repeatedly trying to question George about the photo that's not in evidence, even after the judge had told him about it in a sidebar conference.

Sheaffer said it is very unusual to send a jury out and publicly scold an attorney.
