IIRC the bruise was the issue and JP said they could get it airbrushed.  I am so glad Ricardo mentioned it.

A real lawyer would have begged for a plea. But then a real human being would have confessed to what she did and taken her punishment. Or better yet never harmed Caylee in the first place.

Nope, she has a host of counsel in addition to Bozo & she has insisted on keeping him as well as has actively assisted in her own defense.   She is perfectly capable of making a decision if she feels she is being misrepresented.    Id bet my car on that one
ME too.  The judge made sure that she has been present for all court hearings for just this reason.  She knows what she was getting in regards to counsel.  She can't come back and claim ineffective counsel.  I think she'll claim a sexual relationship with Jose and have all those hrs spent in his office to prove it.

I thought both sides had to make a statement regarding the bruise and they didn't have a problem with that.

BTW  These poor kids have went on with their lives and moved on with their lives.  They were young and carefree and now are more responsible.  Oh and yeah KC they all have lives now.

So true...and KC and Jesse were engaged at the time, too.  You wonder what Caylee was thinking going from one strange house to another with all those different people in and out of her life.
