Authorities said 8-month-old Matthew Maskill Johnson was abducted at 5 a.m. Thursday by Taylor Nicole Maskill. They said the child was last seen in Lincoln, Ala., traveling west on I-20.

The infant is described as a white male, 2-feet tall, and weighing 19 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white infant jumper. Taylor Nicole Maskill is described as a white female, 5-feet-1, 150 pounds, with red hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.

Authorities said they were last seen in a silver 2002 Isuzu Rodeo with Texas license tags of CY8B489 or CH5P601.

Anyone who has information about their whereabouts is asked to call the Dodge County Sheriff's Department at 478-374-1691, or 911.

I'm so upset.  This is my hometown.  For some reason, the Levi's Call wasn't released until tonight.  This child has been missing for hours.

The GBI says Johnson has an arrest warrant for child molestation.
