I don't know the answer to your question about arrest, yes if true, probable cause for sure, but then has to charge within 48 hrs I think, might not have enough evidence to make the case. I just don't know.

Maybe poster is a kook. don't know that either cept poster did respond to someone's question about TH asking the school about getting Kyron's project, that was posted after pg 20 sorry can't find it and I am out of patience looking.

Thanks OS, and thanks for bringing that comment here too!  I like to file these under 'might be true might not we'll see'.  Cuz just as in the HaLeigh case, over a period of time, some of commentsrumors made by locals or those 'in the know, with unnamed sources', turned out to be true.  We just had to wait awhile.  Ack.  And of course, lol, some of those comments/rumors turned out to be untrue, supposedly made by some who just wanted their personal 15 min of fame.  Hard to sort out which might be which, this early in a case.  So anyway.. thanks for bringing it over, cuz it's gotten very hard to keep an eye out for a comment/rumor that might have a legit basis. 

I will never understand why anyone would embellish, lie, whatever on the net in a missing child's case. It just doesn't make any damn sense to me, but I know first hand it is done.

You would think after the HaLeigh case, I would know better than to stray away from Scared Monkeys guess I didn't learn my lesson well enough.
Course HaLeigh was going to be my final and last missing child case but here I am. Hurting for another missing child. I will NEVER forget HaLeigh, I love HaLeigh like my own. HaLeigh will always bring tears, ALWAYS.

I'm not sure if I missed this information, but I saw on another site information regarding Shannon Cook.  She now lives in Virginia and is the Shannon TH referred to as someone who would call her in the middle of the night.  I just thought this was interesting as she was having a relationship with Michael Cook, one of her best friends ex-husbands.  I guess she has known Michael and Shannon for a while...  Going even further, could she be the notorious HopeInVa poster?   Sorry if this has already been discussed... I'm having a hard time keeping up with all these players' plots and subplots.  I just want Kyron home safe and sound.

Kyron's school. (Just an FYI, it's actually a community center and
wedding chapel, there is no religious affiliation. I'm getting that
question a lot) To all of you out there that have been sending good
wishes for Kyron's safe return, your thoughts are very much appreciated...
by Desiree and Kaine as well as all of us in the neighborhood. I've
been contacted several times from people who live long distance to ask
if they can send something to the church and have us put it on Kyron's
wall across the street. The answer is 'Yes'. We are glad to do that for
you. We can also pass on cards and letters to Kaine and Desiree. Here

Have read at InSessions (who were instrumental in getting the wall with balloons etc started), and saw the frustration of those posting who lived so far away.. Calling local businesses with balloons and flowers, being told they wouldn't/couldn't deliver those to a 'fence'.  (and that's kind of understandable, lol).  Watched them at IS scramble to figure out how they were going to help get the Wall of Hope underway.  School was out for the summer, who was going to deliver what folks wanted sent?  And then several locals, even some who weren't so local, stepping up to volunteer to go to the businesses to pick up paid-for orders and deliver to the wall and take pics. 

So for these folks willing to have things sent there and take them across the street and etc, that's just heartwarming and amazing.

LOL Thanks for the laugh sled dog what a scary looking Elvis. I have been to Vegas and Elvis is like Santa at Christmas time he is everywhere. I thought the forg was cute for Kyron being he could use a super hero right about now.  As far as this case goes I  realize we are all trying to wrap our brains and hearts around something that we cannot fathom. There is no way for us to understand these cases because in order to do so you have to put yourself on the level of the person that is capable of causing harm to another life. W

Amen Northern Rose! This is about Kyron.  BTW I like your old doggie pic. I have a dear friend/soulmom in AZ. she has the same kind of dog. I don't know why all of this is coming out now when everyone was quiet in the beginning. Maybe they were in shock and couldn't believe Terri could do such a thing. I am not going to judge Desiree because that is not my place. Hindsight is 20/20 and I am sure she is beating herself up already for this.  But Terri has put herself out there with the sexting issue, seems like life goes on for her without any mention or help as to where Kyron may be.  Pulling for you Kyron.

  welcome tnmomb I think I got it right. What a strong spirit you have. You survived and from what I read can still see and feel the beauty that life offers. You are brave to share. Kudos for you. That takes alot of courage, and I admire that.

In the beginning everyone was united. Kaine, Tony, Desiree and Terri. Then Terri does so many things that a grieving parent, step or otherwise would not do. How do we know about many of these things? Kaine? Now it looks as if Tony and Desiree may be distancing themselves from Kaine as well. I have to wonder if Terri has ever threatened Kaine in the past with regards to Kyron. I wonder if after Kyron went missing, Terri got mad about something and whispered to Kaine that she will never tell him where Kyron is. I just do not know how else to explain all of the drama coming out about the divorce etc. I also cannot explain why Terri is willingly giving up her daughter and the only thing she wants at this point is money. Why isn't she talking? Why is she staying quiet? It makes not one bit of sense to me. Every day I expect to hear that the "Step-mother finally speaks". Nothing! Not one word! The money is being withheld from Kaine because he wants answers from Terri. Who lets their baby get taken away and only worries about money? Kaine does seem really vindictive towards Terri right now. Could it be because she did say something privately about Kyron. Something Kaine has told LE but they cannot prove? Maybe the reason that all of these leaks are coming out about Terri is because it is Desiree's son and her husband is married to a cop. Cops are extremely sensative about childrens issues, and I would imagine it is heightened to the extreme because Kyron is considered one of theirs. I don't know, I have been on the fence, off the fence and now I just don't know what to think. I really really did not like Curtis's brothers facebook. That creeped me out tooooooo much!

good evening monks I've been lurking and catching up via all of your comments. Thank you for the updates. Not to regress, but I've always had one question that I haven't found the answer to... I doubt it directly relates to the situation, but it really seemed odd to me...  Does anyone know why bio mom went to Canada for health services when she became ill?  I'm used to Canadians coming to the US for assistance, but never the other way around. Just stood out to me as wierd. Thanks.

Well, I can only add this: My Canadian in-laws used to come to FL (snowbirds) and live here 6 months -1 day every year. Then their health declined and they left early to go back to Canada for doctor's appointments. Now they don't even come to their home here in FL at all stating that they just cannot afford the medical care here in the US.

Not sure if that has anything to do with why Desiree went to Canada for kidney treatment or not. Maybe there was simply a specialist there in Canada that she needed/wanted to see.

Hope this makes sense.

I heard today that TH tried to kidnap the little baby at the Gym's daycare...?
The reporter in nancy grace said that the gym's employee said that TH tried to kidnap the baby? did TH said that she wants to kidnap the baby? I am not trying to defend TH but I think that she asked the gym's employee to call her when the baby is there because she didn't want to be close to her for her restrained order? because if she wants to kidnap the baby, she Will not go to the gym and tell the gym's employee that she will take the baby the next time the baby is in the Gym....I think that information is missing something.....
And regarding Michael Cook, I think that TH and him had something before Kyrons disappearance. I don't believe that TH is innocent but if she is.....she could lie about her whereabouts the day of kyrons disappearance because maybe she had her quickie that morning with somebody and she was scared to accept in the beggining that she had affairs... :0   ?

It blows my mind. When my daughter was a baby, she was never out of sight except for a few hours here or there if my aunt or mom had her. She even slept with us as I could not stand the thought of her being all alone in her own room. I don't see how Terri could not fight for her. Is she missing her? Is she going nuts? Why is she not fighting the custody order? The next hearing is towards the end of the month? What mother could wait that long?
