Baez seems so uneducated & ridiculous. My 3rd grader learned how to trap gas in a 2 liter soda bottle this year in Science! Then the students did another study to measure pressure, with those 2 liters, by shaking them as long as they could and then unscrewing the cap, which then flew on one of those things that measures velocity...like what baseball pitchers use to measure speed. Yep, Baez needs to catch up with the times.

While I like to ridicule Baez as much as anyone else, it really is a serious matter to contemplate that this man is a product of our educational system.  And then just contemplate that there are many attorneys who are consultants for various networks who think he's good.  What would they consider to be bad?  I fear for the future of our legal system if this is an example.  But then Mr. Aston steps forward and my confidence is restored.  Linda Drane-Burdick too is always prepared and quick on her feet.  But Mason and Baez, losing files, not having them computerized, blowing $200,000, and having, in real terms, no defense and incompetent to pursue it if they had one is really scarey.  I don't think I'll murder anyone if this is an example of the defense I'd get. Maybe the crime statistics will go down after seeing this.
