nope!

He's at least smart enough to know not to - he doesn't have a leg to stand on there.  This is all he has, throwing his usual poop at the wall to seeing if he can get any of it to stick.  Unfortunately, most of it is slipping through his hand and just onto him before he even throws it.  Well..... unfortunately for him anyway, and our patience.  I think he's just trying to bore the jury to the point where they mentally go numb and can't remember the good evidence and opinion that the Doctor gave.

I just had a thought.  Could KC have been setting George or Cindy up for an accident while driving?  She parked the car on a road that Cindy traveled daily, iirc.  Was she hoping that one of them would see the car, come to collect it, and while driving home be overcome with chloroform and crash?  I was remembering something the good Dr. said this morning while talking about being 'shocked' at how high the levels were in the trunk.  He said that chloroform is like gas in that over time it dissipates over time.  He said that he lowered while sitting at the towyard and again while in the Anthony garage.  So, if it was shockingly high after that, wouldn't it have been at deadly levels while parked at Amscott?

If the jury was ever confused about who the jerks are in this trial, I think Mason spelled it out for them when he demanded that the witness look at him by yelling "I'M OVER HERE!"  Who does that? Why wouldn't the defense want the witness to look at the jury?! This defense team is a gaggle of idiots with no social skills!

OMFG did he really do that?  I wasn't here.  Wow!!  Has he gone senile or something?

If so, I would think she would have told them where it was - rather than letting it go so long before having it towed because of the amount that would leak out before they would discover where the car was.
