Hi JOLfan! Thanks! I thought I did jump in with both feet. I guess I just jumped in to the empty side of the pool, LOL! I just had to make a little noise before anyone noticed me. Kind of like having to go....AHEM, you know clear my throat! LOL
Really, everyone is always so nice, so I usually expect atleast ONE response. But I know how these boards go, especially when things are moving fast. These are all the friendliest monkeys I know!

HAHA.  That's funny!     Actually, I went thru a really nasty divorce back in 1998 - and I had to keep EVERY SINGLE recipt showing how much money I spent on my three kids, in case my ex ever wanted to go back to court.    Now, my girls are all graduated from college, I'm happily remarried, and these boxes of recipts have to be destroyed to make room in the attic for more Christmas decorations!!!!!    Boxes and Boxes...  I hate this job!

Meanwhile, the case is scheduled to be back in court Thursday before Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland. It's supposed to be a chance for the judge to check in with the attorneys on how the case is progressing. Casey Anthony does not have to be there.

Does that mean that Baez can say "Your honor I am finding that I need more time to sift through all these tips"...and then the trial will be pushed back?

Do BOTH parties have to agree for the trial to be pushed back?  If the SA says "I am ready" can the Defense say "No no I need more time" ???

I hope the judge takes into account all the trips Baez has taken to get himself on T.V.

The date of 11-18 would fit in with a post I ran across on WS on 11-8. The poster gave a report of the TES search effort for that day. It was only up on WS for a very few minutes and then a moderator told the poster she was taking it down as it could possibly compromise LE's efforts. Well, to make a long story short, I copied the post before it was removed. Now with the statement LP has made and also taking into account Destiny's info, I wonder if something wasn't found on 11-8. Plus, the original poster has made some recent comments that add to the original post. Not sure if I should post everything I copied or not. What do the Monkeys think as nothing is 100% for sure?

Instead of posting the entire copied post, why not give us the gist of the post without the name of the WS poster.

You know, someone earlier said that maybe the whole LP and Blanchard Park search was to throw the media off of something TM and TES found.   I remember being in the Murt Van when LP called him and told him to get his butt to BP.   I always wondered why LP would call Murt.  Now, I'm thinking it was to create a diversion for TES, maybe?    No offense to Murt, but I couldn't figure out WHY LP WOULD CALL HIM?    But, somehow all the media vans showed up at BP the next day, remember anyone?

I wondered where Lee was to-after reading that Kc said Lee wanted to have sex with her-I can understand how he does not want to be seen in public.   How can George and Cindy let Kc get away with this Lee is their son KC is ruining his life.  This is why they have not been to the jail to see her.  What could they say to her--what could she say to them--I think not sure didnt she also say George abused her.   

You don't think killing their granddaughter is worse than just accusing Lee of sexual abuse? I mean, that's probably why they're not visiting--they can't not think about Caylee, and Casey never thinks about her.

I remember- I was also watching Murt when he got the call (and when he went to the park), and I also found it very odd.  Of course LP may have wanted media there, but Murt is just some dude who likes to follow cases (a little too closely). I highly doubt Murt contacted all the news stations to tell them to get over there as well.... LP may have done that, but I don't believe any of them have stated that LP insisted they show up there.   

The only thing is that IF there was a diversion created for TES's sake, why would Tim speak like that on NG? That might have been overdoing it, IMO. LOL

This is a small portion of the post from one of the searchers on 11-8.

I was speaking with a CSI who said there was a search team at the Boggy Creek location that came across something of interest. (same area where the witnesses say they saw KC's car on the side of the road, with her coming out with a shovel). Although I can't say what they found, I can say that it would be something that would potentially give reason to NOT have to continue the search. CSI processed the scene, called in OSCO and a cadaver dog, and took the item of interest" away. We may hear something in the news on this find within the next few weeks.

That's pretty much all I can say for now. I am confident that by the end of the weekend (if not already), she will be found.
