I think it is very unusual that the Judge in NY has taken the case under advisement for over 60 days. Usually, decisions are rendered in half this time. My read is that the Judge wants to hear the case and is looking for case law to support the claim the forum is proper. It is still a longshot to have this case heard in NY, but I think she is looking for a way.

well I bet there is enough of us here would could find all the case law for her in just a few days and help her out

Porn is a very lucrative business. They pick up Natalee, and the circling is making sure they hook up with the white car which reportedly was following Kalpoes car.

I worked with a guy once. He was an art director by day and a porn star at night. I guess being a porn star didn't pay enough to cover all his bills.

Jossy says this goes on. Jvds said they did this twenty times before. So ... maybe they took Natalee to a videographer before things went so terribly wrong.

Then that videographer knows something more about what happened than we do. If the videographer was Steve Croes, that would explain the mystery of why he came forward to help the three pimps.

Honestly, I doubt Steve Croes is the videographer.  I'm thinking more like Freddy.

I'd say that the videographers that Jossy refers have to be fairly well organized and able to take a project from idea to completion. Also, some amount of investment is required, in equipment, settings, and so forth -- plus paying the $200-$400 "finder's fees" for the pimps.

To me, the videographers are not kids doing this in Mom's basement. They're more adult, more entrepreneurial, doing this as a business, with connections to a good distribution channel that pays them for their product.

I'll go with somebody who works in a high-tech environment, such as a newspaper or a tv station or a magazine or a party boat with a sound system and lights.

I would tend to think this would be someone with a video set up designed to make these type movies.  It would be easy to just tape and download, but these people would want better vidoes than that. They would keep them as momentos of their money well spent.  JMO

We all realize when you combine drugs, gambling, sex and the all powerful money...it often breeds evil. So us thinking out of the box is not beyone the pale, considering recent information we have received. ie: elders with underage children
