Could it be the official spokesperson for the investigation was revealing the truth when he stated to media following Billie's January 31st press conference that Hailey's mom was not a person of interest?

Could it that the revelation by Rachel on March 10th BTHN which implied that both Shawn and Billie were persons of interest was all about LE putting pressure on Billie to come forward and reveal all she learned from Shawn regarding the happenings encompassing her missing daughter?

I can officially assure you and everyone, what Rachel stated was exactly what she was told and not "implied."  I know you want answers, we all do but Ive stated several times already, there are certain aspects of the investigation that the public will have to wait to get the answers to at the appropriate time. 

On a personally note, this is not about being right or wrong for me but rather focusing on what happened to Hailey & making sure that justice is served upon the guilty individual(s).

I do not doubt for one minutes that LE informed the hosts at BTHN that both Shawn and Billie are persons of interest in the Hailey Dunn case.  The "implied" was a reference to LE.  In other words ... I suspect that Bee and Rachel would not being provided the truth.

Capp ... I took to heart Bearlyhere's explaination regarding the American way of putting together a case.  In my opinion ... LE affording BFHN hosts this huge revelation rather than the official spokesperson for the investigation imples there must have been a strategy.

Considering Billie was to be a guest on the March 10th show following Shawn's no-show ... was LE's strategy an attempt to make Billie believe that she was going to go down with Shawn if she insisted on protecting him ... if she insisted on not sharing with LE what she had learned regarding the happenings encompassing the morning of December 27t?.

They were told the truth & anyone can glean what one may from that.   It really isnt a huge revelation when one considers everything involving Shawn and Billie, of which they are not strangers to whatever those facts are. 

Capp ... the mainstream media has yet to be afforded the updated status regarding the official persons of interest in the Hailey Dunn case.  Why was there not an official press release.  The only way this LE release to BTHN hosts makes sense if there was an underlying strategy to put pressure on Billie to come clean with authorities.  Was Peter Hyatt used as an instrument in an attempt to make that happen?

I now feel, no I believe Billie Jean and Shawn will not be arrested. It is my own humble opinion that both were involved in Hailey's disappearance and the child porn.
Maybe I look at this case all wrong but I think with everything that's known it's just a shame that not one thing can be done. Not even additional questioning or a new polygraph.
When I think of what that child probably endured it sickens me.
I've felt from the beginning they would never find her, they had about 2 days before reporting her missing.

maybe it will help in your understanding, of the tactics used 
by american LE,those tactics are used, because we have a constitutional right
called the miranda rights:the right to remain silent, as in we
never have to talk to LE, but if we give up that right,the LE can
and will lie to you about info, to gain a confession,they also can

The police also need not Mirandize someone who is not a suspect in a

KTXS caught up with Hailey's mom Billie Jean today at the home where investigators removed a memory stick containing 300 pornographic pictures some of those children, and yet no one has faced any charges and she's free to come-and-go as she pleases.

Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs met with KTXS today to explain why no arrests have been made in both cases.

"You have more than one person in the home in each case," Sheriff Toombs said, "So you have to make sure and verify who is going to be the one responsible."

Sheriff Toombs says this will be decided by a grand jury and for February the grand jury met the 17th more than a week before the child pornography was brought to light last Friday.

Rachel was very clear to keep out of paraphrasing anyting, and it was a smart move.  She just stopped and said she would read it verbatim, and that is what she did, and due to that there can be no implications - other than whatever LE was implying.

And I agree - while we all want answers, we all want justice for Hailey more, and sometimes - just as a POI might give false leads and misleading statements to the end of protecting themselves, LE might allow a POI to believe something for the end purpose of protecting the victim (Hailey) as long as LE is within their legal right to do so.  IF they do, and we get mislead in the process, but justice is done more thoroughly - well I'll get over it.

Maybe the Feds are investigating the child porn and therefore it would go
before a federal grand jury.  I do believe that child porn is a federal offense.
I think that sometimes takes a year.

I believe that the porn charges and the charges relating to Hailey will be
totally seperated

Also ... there is a Steve Walker.  Is he Christina's husband?

Then there is the boat owner ... Brad Roberts.  Where does he fit into the picture.  Apparently ... Brad also resides at 2807 Apache Drive.

In the March 3rd BTHN interview ... Shawn absolves his mother and brother and himself from implication in the accessing of child porn but not Steve Walker ... not Brad Roberts.  Why?

Considering Peter Hyatt claims that LE revealed to him there was no child porn on the memory disk found during the search at Billie's home by authorities ... I have nagging doubts whether the child porn images discovered on the computer at the home of Christina Walker was downloaded by Shawn.
