Is the guy who is saying he saw the woman in the straw hat the same one who said he had called the tip line earlier but was ignored?

Wouldn't it make sense for the police department to check calls to the tip line? That might give them a clue as to whether he's telling the truth or not. Am I missing something? The man on Nancy Grace didn't seem very concerned about it all.

If this new witness is willing to pull friends and family together to search this area on his own if LE doesn't, I really believe what he saw. Not sure if it was KC, but he saw what he saw.

Casey Anthony Pleads Not Guilty As Search Teams Plan Return

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey entered a written plea of not guilty Friday to her first-degree murder charges for the death of her daughter Caylee. That means Casey will not have to show up for her arraignment hearing.

Also Friday, Casey's lawyer made a discovery request to get legal access to the evidence in the case that helped indict Casey and Eyewitness News learned the group EquuSearch is headed back to Central Florida to look for Caylee's body.

EquuSearch really wants the community to turn out and volunteer for the search. They had set up shop near Orlando International Airport, because Casey was making the rounds in that area during the days immediately after Caylee disappeared.

The weather's dried up a bit, so EquuSearch is coming back to search again starting on Saturday, November 8. They are hoping for more success this time, even though they're sure now that Caylee's been murdered.

An area of Boggy Creek Road, about five miles from Casey Anthony's house, could be one of the locations that makes the list when EquuSearch comes back to Orlando with the grim task of looking for the body of Caylee Anthony.

EquuSearch founder and director Tim Miller said Friday he plans to come back in early November to map out locations for the search with detectives from the Orange County Sheriff's Office. They will prioritize locations and it's possible they will re-search some areas. But, still, they are going on educated guesses, because they say only Casey knows where she left Caylee's body.

EquuSearch said it's expecting about a thousand people to come back and help this time.

A grand jury believes Caylee was murdered by her mother, but Miller says there is still a lot of interest in helping investigators find Caylee's body. Prosecutors believe they have a strong case against Casey even without the body, but the search will continue, not just because of the investigation but also for the family's sake to bring closure.

In September, about 2,500 volunteers searched large areas around the Beachline Expressway and the Lee Vista area near the Anthony's home and Orlando International Airport, in some cases, because Casey's cell phone records show her breaking routine and inexplicably travelling through some remote areas.


CAR BAEZ WANTS TO TEST IS STRIPPED

One of the things Casey Anthony's attorney wants is to run his own forensics tests on Casey's car. But Eyewitness News talked to sources Friday and they said Jose Baez's team won't find much left. They said the car has already been stripped down for the most part.

The judge said Baez could take his own air sample tests, but the parts of the trunk stained by a dead body have been removed and are at the lab.

I had originally thought they should do that on Casey, back before I realized she really was not trying to cooperate.  None of the family members would be up for that, but maybe Tony, Jesse, and Amee would be.
Never experienced it myself personally, but I know that it is an "alternative" practice that is used.  Hell if they are asking psychics why not right?

Considering this new witness took three months to come forward with this crucial information  ... I contend he should be willing to take a polygraph.

Caylee's thread is important, but there are also many missing persons threads.  There is going to be an active search again for Clinton, Carolyn's son, who posts at Scared Monkeys.  Also, we have another mother posting who's daughter was murdered in 2007, and there have been no arrests.  And the case of April Beth, who's mother Gloria posts here. And there is the music thread, the games thread, one for cooking, so much more.   Oh, and the infamous political forum  ::MonkeyConfused::  which has interesting discussions with the elections coming up.

I would have to say the BRA ( its actually called a Boot) is Key to the Sighting with this New Witness ... HOW many People have one of those on their car's today. I have ONE and I think its so cheezy .. its in my trunk. Never was used by the previous owner either. Car is a 98.

But I would think it would hold debris and dirt  within for evidence. Casey would never TAKE it off because she would have to attempt to put that bad boy back on ...and George would have asked WHY did you take it off ...

I wonder if they've asked him to take a polygraph. If he did and passed, that should tell them something. I guess I don't think they're pursuing the lead he's given them, but, of course, they don't tell me everything they're doing.  ::MonkeyHaHa::

Janet, he apparently called in the tip a while back.  I do agree a LDT would be a good tool to see if he's being honest.  Supposedly, he contacted a poster at WS and she ignored him because she didn't know him but she said his PM to her was almost verbatim to his claims now.

It sounded like he came forward before.  Nobody has followed it, so he has the news getting the word out there.  That's what I got from it though.

And with the goose chases that Casey has had LE on, what kind of manpower is there left to follow all these leads?    I'm not ready to write him off yet.

I apologize for this long post, but it shows one woman's perception of the Protests at the Anthony's, not to mention how heartbreaking it is.  I am not sure if it has been mentioned, but felt the need to bring it here.  I personally can see two sides of her feelings in regards to her adamantly wanting to protest.....  Of course, this can't be confirmed, but you can read the passion and unfortunately, I'm sure there are more cases like this than we can imagine. This  is disgusting and makes me sick, but know there are people out there like this

I know one thing for certain,its a good thing I’m broke right now,i would have been right there with the protester’s since day one,cindy didn’t care to come into our homes every day using media,as she should have i agree, but when the “kidnapper was found” suddenly she has no use for the only people who answered her cries for help and lie and support her because its the whore she raised,she is hoping we will all just go away now and forget little sweet casey done anything wrong!!

Let me tell ya,I am a 45 yr.old grandma,my daughter is 30,an only child and spoiled I’m sure but i can detect a damn lie 200 miles away,my grandson and the joy of my being is all i have left from a 25 yr marriage because my husband was brutally murdered in 2003,by a coward who snuck up behind him while his hip and arm was broke twice,and his wrist was broke too and he was on a platform walker and still the coward snuck up behind him and he passed away the next day of massive head,spleen and liver trauma,i married him at age 15,he was 18,i never worked outside,he did,we had nothing,no insurance of any kind,he had already lost his iron working job because he fell from a roof job him and i were doing on Sep.6Th-2008,he was murdered Oct 12-2008 and i had to leave the home we last lived together in,i had 113.oo to my name the day he passed and i didn’t know what the hell to do but i figured out that i had to do something and fast,days i didn’t want to even get out of bed but for Dakota (my grandson was 3 at the time) i did,didn’t have a choice and i know i owe my life to that little boy,and the reason i went into all this,not that i wanted to really but just so people understand who haven’t been there and i pray to God no one ever has to go through that but when you need to find someone having a worse day than you are,look around,that’s all…..just look next door,across the street,whatever you’ll find someone!!
And believe me money is justice,its the only justice there is!!!
This is why i think so,
The day this happened the murderer fled to Georgia,(he was our daughter’s live in bf for close to 3 yrs.he beat her on a daily basis)he’d go to jail for an hour or so and as soon as you snapped your fingers she’d go right back to him,this went on for almost 3 yrs,we tried everything we could try,but this monster if he knew my husband was due home he’d leave,middle of the night,he would go out on his boat,hide anywhere because my husband told him if it happens again.he’d take matters in his own hands.at this time my husband worked out of town and came home maybe one weekend a month or 2 maybe! But he would always go check on Dakota when we didn’t have him,i kept him the entire first 3 yrs because of this man but people do use their child to spite others,that’s a fact and this man told our daughter if she wanted him she’d have to choose between him and us,i have that very letter to this day,
OK now my husband went to their door that Sunday morning about 12 on Oct.12-03 and he couldn’t walk hardly so he was standing in their yard talking to a friend of theirs by the backdoor who was there visiting and our daughter came to the door and my husband asked her to get him some shoes and a coat he was gonna take him to his brothers farm to play,she says,oh OK dad,just a minute, before anybody even knew what was going on he had snuck out the front door with a 4ft,6inch round club he made himself and the papers called it a limb??? and to this day never once let us clear that up,never once allowed us to tell our side!!
OK,so he fled the scene,had his friends go to the house that night and get his couch and sofa out,saying we’d destroy his stuff????????? so he goes to Ga,they knew where he was and called his mother and told her to get him back here and my husband hadn’t passed at that time so he comes back,gives a statement,they let him go???? because he said it was self defense?????and that my husband hit him first with his cane,which thank god the witness told the truth to,and it was proven the cane was never used but the witness stated he threw it across the road afterwards saying,you wont need that anymore old man!!!So he knew what he did?? OK then he and his buddy who got his beautiful couch out took the murder weapon in themselves??????
now my husband passes at 4:51 pm at UT trauma center on Oct.13-08 after he was flown there and they asked me to allow them to send him to forensics and i agreed only because i thought it would help,i promised my husband an hr before he passed id get the man who did this to him,and the DA,the police everyone told us never to speak of it till trial,i was careful,i wanted him to pay,i never spoke of it which is what helped them.OK now he passes,they pick him up after learning he was never hit once,they take him to jail,put 100,000.oo bond on him on Wednesday,I take my husband to KY because he wanted to be buried there and on Friday the day i buried him,the monster gets out of jail on 500$ cash???? for some reason,then the trial never starts,is never really investigated but i am thinking because they’re careful,because they called me at the hospital both days saying,we’ll get him Cathy,i promise!!!!
OK,so now April 9Th of 2005?? we get the letter that he has plead guilty but only in his own interest because it was self defence and it was 2 days before the trial was to begin.
OK now Ive never even known anyone who was murdered,i didn’t know any of this whatsoever,i thought i was doing what I’m supposed to and being told by them that if people get to involved it’ll mess up the entire case??? for who i now ask??
so now we go to the sentencing and he got 6 MONTHS IN THE COUNTY JAIL??????????
He was out on Halloween and a neighbor told me,they didn’t contact me at all!!!!!!!!!
OJ now though hes on parole,he goes 2 times to them,reports a move,and never seen since by the parole people or whatever,but believe me,i see him,ride by my house,in town,ill tell ya no one knows the pain,unless they’ve been there ya know,i put 12 miles on my car per month because I’m the prisoner,not him,you ride by the lake hes fishing,enjoying his life.
while he destroyed mine and Dakota’s and our daughters!
and this is every word the gods honest truth,every single one and i can tell you that not one person ever was in that courtroom at any hearings or whatsoever even the day he was sentenced and when he plead guilty with him or for him NOT ONE!but his daddy is a millionaire who BTW didn’t even know his home address because he owed 12 yrs of child support in Ga.His dad wouldn’t loan him a dime till this happened,hated him actually,from what i ever saw!!! AND PAID FOR THE BEST LAWYERS EVEN AFTER one of his dads businesses burned worth 10 million in insurance??

OF - I know we have a lot of new monkeys who weren't posting when Tim was doing the last search for Caylee, but I truly felt so sorry for the searchers. Marlee, Destiny, MrsKub, Lalas, and so many others really worked their fingers to the bone trying desperately to find resources for the volunteers.

To those who weren't a part of SM during Tim's last search, please be aware that the kind folks who are dragging themselves through bug and snake infested swamps looking for Caylee need some things provided for them: Water, food, and insect spray among them.

Now that we have a specific date for Tim's return, I surely hope that assistance for the volunteers has been organized before the search date.

Although I am overjoyed that TES is going back to Orlando to find this baby ... and it will be the largest search ever .... and people have donated ... who knows how much money at this point, to make it happen .... 

My heart can't help but break for the other families who's "babies" continue to lay out there ... somewhere .... the families that do want the media attention ... the families that do want the searchers ....

But I have to say that we have to somewhat remove our own personal heart, mind and soul away from this " Anger" because its not worth "our" individual health to get so upset. I am guilty as well. If I stay up to late on SM ... I can't sleep or I have nightmares about Caylee ....

Klaas, that could be true.  But the story in itself is heartbreaking and how she experienced such a trauma, how our justice system "can" work and how evil SOCIOPATHS are.  She makes a point of how they effect SO many people by there own selfishness.

The longer they wait, the more chance any evidence can be destroyed by the elements.

and if what LP said is true.. that they want 2000 people searching.. and tim saying that it will be the BIGGEST search.... welll....that sounds like they will need ALOT of supplies and support...:)

Di, you know the stuffing inside my sock monkey chest is very mushy and easily feels for others, but something about the post that woman made doesn't ring true to me. She indicates she is from Tennessee, which is where I'm from. She also indicates the murderer went to Georgia, so she might well be from the same area in Tennessee that I am. I can tell you that people who have the background she says she has do not generally write with the level of spelling and vocabulary that she uses in that post. Granted, her grammar and punctuation wouldn't win any awards, but my experience with people who dropped out of school, got married at the age of 15, and never worked outside the home, is that they don't talk about forensics, etc. in the way she does.

You have a very good point there.  I was reading earlier today where several monkeys had experienced Sociopaths in there lives, so thought it might add to that.   Also another reason for those who agree with the protests.  There are so many opinions out there on that.  I just wanted to bring one over. 

Di sweety its the rainy time of year for FL.  Just as soon as things start to dry out we get down pours.  Safety issues has to be a concern too.  With this much water around alligators, snakes, and other "critters" tend to migrate freely. 
Thats why I personally feel they are waiting for some drier weather.

I think you're asking the wrong people, maybe you should call TES and ask them.  I'm sure they have very good reasons for waiting until November 8th.  It's really only 3 weeks away.

I was just as discouraged as you with the call off on the search and the delay now...but then I looked out the window on the way home and saw that our canals are still overflowing and growing.  Unless you live in FL year round you never would believe that this is actually all swamp land and not just pretty beaches. Also, my mother didn't graduate from high school, and never worked outside the home after she was married, though she did work before she married.  She wrote in a fine copperplate hand, had a vocabulary many PhD's might envy, and could sit down to dinner at the Ritz and know exactly which fork to use.

2000 is really not that much if you consider the large mass of areas they need to search ... I say we all try to get as many people in florida as we can to come search hand in hand walk the land , bring this baby home , since her family has abandoned her ... I call for 4000 people.  remember when one or prays together i shall listen hmmmmm.....

I didn't mean to sound as if I was stereotyping people. It's just that I work with low-income families (and she says her family was low income). The families our agency's serves have many wonderful qualities, but they are usually not good with spelling and vocabulary. We generally have to use very simplified printed materials when we work with them.

Am really hoping that OCSO was able to get video of that parking lot from the owner of the property.  OCSO would then be in position to be able to KNOW if claims are worth pursuing.  Amscot may or may not be the owner, but I know myself that if I owned a publicly used parking lot I would have video for at a minimum a year as there is normally a 3 yr statute of limitations & would be concerned about covering my butt in case of litigation, whether it was a slip & fall or automobile damage.

The technology is so wonderful now that the video footage can go directly to a hard drive & be brought up by date & time, stored for great periods of time very inexpensively & can even be done remotely.

In the back woods waterways WE do have them in certain areas in Metro D - Traditionally the Fishermen are older, laid back, dressed with a lucky hat and flannel or are even wearing their " plant uniforms" ...escaping from society more than actually fishing .....carry a 40 oz and just want to be left alone.

This is the part I do not understand also, If the car was there at 7 and  it was there all day HUH? LP states she left it there in the morning came back and got and then abandoned it again , none of that make sense to me ..... Can someone check cell phone pings from that day , they confuse me.... If she kept coming back in forth with the car she had to have help

LOL some of the actually are the brand "Le Bra" and its imprinted into the leather of the "car bra".  My little brother used to love to point out the cars who's "headlights" were exposed due to being "Le Bra"less. 
A lot of cars down here have them during the summer months due to over abundance of misquitos and lovebugs.  Icky pain to get off the front and sometimes if they dry due to the heat of the sun, it can pull your paint off.

If you remember, Deetch always said - how do they know Natalee is dead, where is the evidence that leads them to that conclusion. and they never told us what it was. And they have three more people arrested for body disposal. But I will tell you this - they're all a big bunch of numb-nuts down there.

I do understand your point of view.  Many of the people I got to know sitting waiting in service offices were like that.

I was a low-income single mom for many years, eligible for food stamps for some of them.  My youngest child was born healthy thanks to Medicaid.

I am just saying that I am living proof that that woman could very well be genuine.

IMO, OCSO has been doing a wonderful job, this victim is being treated very well.  The relatives of Caylee should really be thankful, not all victim's unfortunately are treated in the same manner due to cost & resource considerations, unfortunately, but are they thankful?  NOOOOOOOOOOOO, they are demanding, deceitful & totally disrespectful & imo it is cuz they were banking on this case being treated with much less consideration & resources.  They were wrong.

Even the most hard core of LE that I have met personally, who have seen so much tragedy, are touched & motivated beyond normal when it comes to innocent children, the house of sociopath's didn't anticipate that as they really are only concerned about themselves.  Caylee is blessed with many passionate, hard working & intelligent people working on her behalf, despite her relatives posturing & attempted manipulation to steer them away from what OCSO sees with their knowledgeable eyes & brains.  Now if I can just get them to open it up to the others involved, justice will be brought forward for Caylee for she was abandoned by all her immediate relatives, imo & it seems that OCSO thus far is not pursuing that avenue, hope I'm wrong & they have a big surprise for everybody coming down the pike like a big ole train.  God give them the strength, persistence & wisdom necessary to defeat the evil that is being put in their path.

I'm glad you and your child have done well, and I agree that Medicaid is a wonderful program. I work with Head Start, and in our area I'm in charge of the services to the parents. Even though many of them do not have a lot of education, they become very successful when they are given a little encouragement. That's the part I like best about my job - seeing how good the families feel when they make things better for themselves.  :D

Yummm or prison food transplanted to your private room :) brought by a Correctional Officer depending on your inmate status..  OR  you could have what was a Credit System.  You have a Banked Account of Cash within your Name and you are able to use that account money for Food off a private cart that is available ...to inmates. Which held such items as Junk food and other types of brand name consumable food items and drinks. Which then allows you to feed yourself and not eat White, Green, Brown  Matter served on a traditional prison tray ..... 

Can you imagine being 22 years old and being in jail the rest of your life.  We are only promised 70 years in the Bible but now people are living longer and longer.  I can't imagine.

It' really sad.  I think that the only wise decision Casey made in her whole life was to realize she was not cut out for motherhood.  I cannot understand how Cindy could have kept her from adopting out Caylee.  It is like that decision put forth the chain of events that led to Caylee's death.  I just keep thinking to myself how different things would be had Caylee been placed with a loving family. :sad:

I thought I read today that some attorney named (Adam something) that works with JB came to see her this morning. Maybe I misread it, but I can't tell you what website I saw it on. I was at work (supposed to be working at work)

OK....Im finally home after a very busy day in Orlando and I have a few things I would like to share with everyone...First of all I want to say that I met alot of prople throughout my stay inOrlando and yes a few were police officers.....some with the case, some not  and the first reaction I got from each and everyone of them was sadness over poor little Caylee.......I never met one,...not one person that believes that she is with us anymore, so if there is people like that out there as the Anthony's claim....then they must all be inside that house with them or in PR because they are not anywere that I could find by just listening to passerbyers or clerks in the stores or customers  anybody...I went to several locations during my little road trip today and unless you live in Florida as I do and have my entire life, then you might not understand the vastness of these areas....OMG....woods woods and more woods and not to mention the Orange Groves that can go on forever....I went to the Boggy Creek area and it seems to be a little drier area then some, but it also didnt seem as thick as some of the other areas...I went around Blanchard Park and OMG such a wide range of woods that I almost started crying right then.....the same with the area by BellaVista......and the Airport.....it is drying up some now but you could see where the water table use to be......But something still made me go back to Econ Trail and Lake Underhill.....anyway after standing a few feet into the wooded area I suddenly realized just what a job Tim MIller and the searchers has in store for them...I tried and tried to think ....what would I do if I wanted to hide something...and then I thought ....as I looked around there are several holes already in some of these areas....trees that had fallen over had left some pretty big indentions in the ground and so covering up would be the only real problem..but...its the where thats the problem.....I have now come to realize that if and when that poor Baby is found it will be only with the Grace of God standing beside the searchers and I think Tim is as close to God as we have for a job such as this..
      I did get to see my friend for only a short time today and I did ask about the Guy that came forward with the sighting in the Boggy Creek area and he said that at this point nobody is not being believed or dismissed, that every area that has been brought to their attenton WILL be added to places of interest and be searched as time allows...I asked about a lot of things .........mostly things he could not comment on and I already knew this but I asked anyway...the dress.....he said sent off for testing....was it hers........no comment ...but it was found and sent off for testing and that will give us the facts not just a guess......I asked about the cell phone pings and how accurate they were in any other cases that they might have worked and used them ........very accurate and very useful......the decomposition in the trunk of the car....could it have been someone else..or caused by something else...............You watch the news ,science is science there is only one answer.....................and so on and so forth...I asked a lot of things but I cant write them all here  right now  ,   but I just wanted to say that I did ..in deed ...learn alot these past few days and I am gonna go back when Tim searches and join him and the other searchers...Its gonna take alot of people to completely search these areas...and I know I couldnt do anything by myself when I did see just how big these woods were but I dod think that with a lot of other people it is possible........I hate to think of poor poor Caylee being out there all by herself and it made me sick just looking at all that space, I cried all the way home....Now I just want to choke Casey until she tells just where that poor baby is................I dont want her there in those scary woods.........Sorry about the length of this post but I just cant think about it and not get upset......Im just so so Sad for her..................................

It really is important for Caylee but also it is really important for this to be solved in full to STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN & in greater numbers.  We know from experience whenever a NEW METHOD IS ENGINEERED BY CRIMINALS, it is duplicated in great numbers throughout the following years, that is also of great concern to me.

Also want to add that any Jury member that takes the appearance of the accused into their mindset while absorbing the evidence is an idiot.  Photo's are also no indication of reality, haven't we seen the photo's from previous cases that have in fact been proven in a court of law, appeals denied, the trials were fair & the accused was justly found guilty by a Jury of their peers, the photo's giving no indication whatsoever that tragedy or dysfunction was present & operating? 

It is through truthful testimony, circumstantial & physical evidence that the truth is revealed by the light of those tellings.

I don't think Casey thought about all of that.  I drove a lady and her young kids to the prison in Huntsville, TX to visit her husband.  Her car was broken down and there were few times she could visit.  I will never forget driving up to the prison, with the guard towers, barbed wire etc.  I had my car searched, my purse searched, no cameras allowed in car, no nothing, just so I could get in and wait in the parking lot.  No, it isn't pleasant.  Not one bit.  That was close enough for me.   

The story rings true to me.  I thought the post was really heartfelt.

IIRC, it is KC decision on whether or who she deems as acceptable visitor's.  I don't think the Judge determines visitors of charged individuals awaiting trial.

I think it is so damned sad. She was young, beautiful, intelligent. Lets not even talk about little angel Caylee, it breaks my heart. They both had the world at their feet and could have achieved anything!!! Casey could have been very successful. Instead she wasted the gifts God gave her and then took the life of the greatest gift of all, Caylee.
What creates that state of mind? I just keep asking that question day after day. How do you waste your life like that? Bugs me more because I am one of those who have had to fight for everything I achieved. Casey, could have had the world at her fingertips. Instead she wasted her life with lies and manipulation and taking the "easy way out". Fine, that is your choice, but the true sin is that she drug her daughter down with her.
My son makes me who I am. He makes me strive for excellence that I could not achieve w/out his love, nor my love for him. How do you not get that???!! How did Casey not get that?

But as angry as I get at Casey, and what she did, I still really have a problem with the way Lee, Cindy and George have been vilified and accused of horrendous crimes in this case. I think it just lets the true culprit off the hook...once again..and that is Casey!!!

You are so right.  CA could not have stopped KC from placing Caylee up for adoption.  Of course CA could have refused to take her back into the residence, she could have gone back to work at her job at Kodak then onto ColorVision & supported herself.  That is why I truly believe that these creatures knew pretty early on just what happened & directed KC's actions from that point on by giving the direction & assurance that support would be present as long as she co-operated.

I have also wondered if KC had not attended her Uncle Rick's wedding & it had not been seen by the entire family that the pregnancy existed what would have happened?  The child would probably have been disposed of in some trash can somewhere or wishfully thinking placed at a safe place with no ramnifications & KC would have returned to Hopespring absent the large belly with the protruding bellybutton claiming that an end had finally come to her months of constipation.  For God sake no nurse would have believed that nonsense story, CA was lying to her family.  I know we won't hear from any pediatrician due to HIPPA(?) laws but I find it nonsense that there was no prenatal medical treatment involved.  I wish that the witness statement from the Kodak supervisor would have disclosed at what point KC brought in the note regarding the pregnancy & her inability to be on her feet necessitating the transfer into the administrative department, cuz you know the people in her department would have known by her physical appearance that she was pregnant, for goodness sakes a 10 year old with no medical exposure would know of her condition.

I know the people at SM, and very, very few of us started off with ANY negative, hostile feelings of Lee, Cindy, and George. No, this family brought this entirely upon themselves. I think the posters here should be given more credit than you do. I think the people here are a beter judge of character than what you give them credit for. -JMO

Muffy, I did that one time, but not in Huntsville. I went to see a person that I thought I liked down by San Marcos. I thought the guy was going to a school, but when I got there my car was searched, etc. Heck I thought he was going to college and that was way before the internet. It scared the you know what out of me.

I raised my Daughter alone and did graduate HS and had some Vocational and some College to back me as a Single Mom. The Hardest Days of my Life were when I was making 6.25 an hour at an office and raising my DD alone. Her Dad was not paying CS at that time. I had not a lot to offer her. But what I did offer her was Me. I did everything in my Power to keep my DD healthy, clothed, within proper care while I was working, a Roof over her head and kept a job that I was able to move up the ladder. Its called you pray that the hard work you put in ...even when you start with nothing ... Will pay off in the future.

Something that Casey never had any comprehension of. WHY because she was allowed forever to get away with all her stealing and " got what I wanted" showed you Huh ..attitude. Casey never knew the word or world of Structure.

CINDY Queen of Control really Screwed UP - She not only by allowing Casey run her over and over without Consequence  - Paid the Highest Price Fathomable .. Caylee's Life.

IMO, they know Caylee is gone.  There is no going back.  What is left? 

Flgranny, I was intrigued by George saying that he (and his hired detective) thought Caylee was now in Puerto Rico, after being "moved around to nine different locations" --- of course, that is just what he said, we have no proof or even any kind of evidence that Caylee has been seen anywhere or moved anywhere.  As far as I know, the Anthonys have not given the public any proof that they receive tips and nobody has come forward to say that he or she spotted Caylee anywhere that I know of.  I have only heard Cindy and George say that there have been sightings, and there may have been, but where is the proof of that?  I know that people often come forward in this type of high profile case and claim to have seen someone who is missing.  But of course, that means little if they do not call immediately their local authorities and have them come and investigate on the spot.  I see no reason to think that it would help to call George and Cindy if I spotted Caylee in my hometown.  I would call the local police and have them get over as quickly as possible.  It does not good to call a week or month or even a few minutes later when the child could be miles and miles away in any direction.

But I digress...my suggestion that George and Cindy may try to implicate Amy or some of the other kids who went to Puerto Rico comes from Cindy's suggestion that Amy may in fact be "Zanny the Nanny" which made no sense to me.  But since Casey blames the disappearance on Zanny, and since Cindy said that Amy or Jesse could be Zanny....well, it seems to me she may be trying to stir up some suspicion of Amy and Jesse.

I think some other posters provided you with that link to the interviews.  But I am giving my opinion, based on logic and supposition, and it seems to be a clear possibility to me.  Cindy and George have got to blame the disappearance of Caylee on someone if they do not accept that their daughter is to blame.  If I were Amy, I would get a lawyer, which is really sad, because she probably cannot afford one.

Casey has hurt so many, many people within her family and outside her family.  Some friend, if you ask me.

Hi Walter, I grew up in Colleyville and hubby grew up in Southlake.

Guess what  I did and forgot I did it till just now... about 6 weeks ago I put dominoes pizza in the box in a white trash bag and put it in my truck to see if it would smell.(I knew it would because I have 6 teenager and go to microwave all the time and there is dried up pizza in it) My husband just went to try to find a car charger in the trunk LOL ask me what the heck was I doing carrying around trash bag full of stale pizza...... So, the car must have been dumped there the night before. Why and how did she get back to Tony's ?
She was on the road at around 9:30 am. on June 27 th.
She called Tony to pick her up at 11:4? as she was out of gas.
He picked her up and she had groceries, he suspected from her parents house.
June 30, Monday, she goes to buy a gas can with Amy.
Car towed.
There was lots more in there with the phone calls, but it made no sense that the car was there at 7 am and then she was driving it until later in the afternoon.
I did go to the cell records and could not make heads or tails of what had happened.

Tony would know what had transpired the night before in relation to her car, where she usually parked it at his place and what if anything was odd about the car situation. 

Ive never smelled a dead body but...my son played football in high school in the Texas heat and wore line backer gloves.  The smell from those gloves was so bad I made him put them in a zip lock bag to bring them home for me to wash.  I would literally gag from the smell.  I can kinda imagine what a dead body would smell like just from those gloves

What I can't figure out was what she was doing with her day, since she did not work.  Did Caylee ever mention "Zanny" to anyone?  I just have a gut feeling she may have been a "working girl". It probaly explains all the searches on her computer for escort services.

You are making me cry!! I am a single Mom too. Many here know my struggles and offer the greatest support.

It is damned hard!!! I love BT!! She got how hard it was to pass that test today!! How hard it was trying to find the time to study and having to pull an all nighter! I know you do too!! My Monkey comes FIRST!!!! I have to find time to advance my career, but it won't be at his expense!!!
Funny part was...what kept me going is...he believed I would pass that test even though it looked impossible to me...but that belief made me do it!!!

I am probably wrong here I am sure. I just think if a member of my family was in the same situation, and my granddaughter was missing...I would never give up hope.  I have a very disfunctional sister who lived a life very similar to Caseys's. I know how she can manipulate, especially with her children. I guess I can see myself trying to hold out a glimmer of hope she got herself into another bad mess, more than I can see her killing her own child, and I honestly think i could be so nuts out of love for my nieces and nephews, to cling to that hope no matter how irrational it may be.

Hudsunn, I agree.  I just had not heard George accusing the friends.  I really have to wonder what medications they are on (Cindy did mention that they sought medical assistance).  I have said numerous times that Cindy does more harm than good when she gives these interviews.  I cannot imagine that NeJames is suggesting they do this, but maybe it is part of some defense.  Do you think that JB asked them to get out there and try to promote reasonable doubt?  That was my first thought because of the timing.  There were laying low and not speaking to the media, then all of a sudden Casey is indicted and now they are everywhere.

Wreck, I guess I just keep comparing Casey to my sister..and they are similar!!! How long did I argue Caylee was still alive? You all thought I was NUTS!! But I just understood the dynamics from living it with my sister. I just know how damned manipulative someone like Casey can be from my own experiences. I just can't judge them like most can...maybe because my family lived it? And were victims. And never stopped believing. You call it guilt, it is probably insanity I am sure!!! lol But I really can see them being manipulated still by Casey.

The Anthony family dynamics just leave me scratching my head!  She lived with her parents and they probably saw her everyday.  They had to of known she was pregnant before Rick's wedding.  The protruding belly button is a dead give away!  Heck, my best friend in 8th grade was trying to hide her pregnancy when I pointed out her belly button.  It is just s hard to believe that a family like this exists, because they go against every norm of what a family should be.  How does a family get his way?

I said that too a while back.  From the pings, it looks like she went to the parents house and called Tony from there, then makes it back to Amscot just in time for him to pick her up.  But, she's doesn't stop traveling and IIRC it looks like she was at the JCP on Colonial around 3:00 pm.

I agree with everyone that this is a tragedy on a grand scale.  Casey is young, pretty, bright and had a darling daughter and lots of support (plus a lot of pressure and criticism) from her family.  People with far, far less have made it in this world.  It is the fact that she is so young, pretty, bright and middle class that makes this a high profile case.  Otherwise it would not get all the attention it is getting.  It is sad that some cases get no attention at all and they are just as sad, or sadder.  It is hard for us to accept that people who are a lot like us, at least outwardly, can have such a tragedy in their family. 

Call me crazy, but a little honesty would go a long way now.  The constant lying from these people has turned the public against them and made Casey into an even worse villain, imo.  We are not heartless.  I wrote not long ago that I felt sorry for Casey in a way because she had been berated by her mother as unfit to raise a child.  That had to hurt terribly.

But when they insult the intelligence of the public, they tread on very thin ice.  We know their little family was not perfect or anywhere near it.  We know that Casey had problems and that her parents knew it long before this happened.  We know that Cindy was in therapy, that she and George almost divorced, that Casey did not even finish high school and that Casey had not worked in years but pretended to work at Universal Studios.  None of us considers this run-of-the-mill, everyday middly class American family joy.  It seems to us that some serious issues were at work.

I had problems with my mother from time to time, but she never went around to my friends telling them that I was a sociopath and a chronic liar.  All marriages have their ups and downs, but George filed for divorce soon after Caylee was born.  Something was going on there for him to move out at a time when he was needed most. 

I don't see why they are so secretive about the father of Caylee.  It may be none of our business, but it is HIS business, if he is still alive, and HIS FAMILY's business, if he is not.  They have a right to know if their granddaughter is missing and probably dead.  And if the father is someone within the family, as has been suggested by Leonard Padilla, I wonder why the family has not denied it. 

They have a curious way of dealing with the public.  They are offended at some things that make little difference but they do not even answer other things that are devastating to their reputations.  Cindy seems to think that if she can just throw enough mud at other people and call them enough names, she will improve her own situation.  That never works. 

Oh, well, Casey will be tried one day and odds are she will be found guilty and locked up for the rest of her life if she does not get the death penalty.  George said in his interview something he has said before, that his daughter had gotten involved in something.  He and Cindy like to imply that she fell in with the wrong group and they kidnapped her child, which of course is not the same at all as having a babysitter kidnap your child.  I suppose they are implying that she got into a drug deal of some kind and offended the Mexican or Columbian drug cartel.  But Casey was living out of her car or bumming room and board from friends and stealing from her own family and Amy.  She was hardly living the high life on millions of dollars worth of drug deals.  I don't think that theory is going to go far. 

There have just been too many stories and too many lies.  Casey is right where she belongs, and it is sad, but she has to pay for her crime.

But see, I don't know if you're "manipulative sister" has kids -- but if she did and your "neice" went missing and  feared dead --I bet you would be more concerned with finding your neice than protecting your sister.

I think I would be...and yet I can see my brother...who doesn't think like her and would never understand nor comprehend someone killing his niece....fighting like hell to find her.
Does that make sense? I mean it would be so far beyond his comprehension...the thought of my sister; his own sister, killing her own child....that despite all the evidence, I don't think my brother would even be able to handle the thought mentally. He would be out searching for my niece. Does that make sense?

I have read your testimony of your own life experience ldstlou, have very much appreciated your sharing, and know that this group is not similiar to your wonderful parents, they really aren't.  Lightyears separate their character qualities, this groups is very different. 

On a different subject regarding shock, yes shock does occur with tragedy.  The ability to communicate is significantly altered.  After time passes the mind can play tricks, a phone rings the mind thinks that could be _______, then reality snaps back harshly, a laugh is heard & a thought comes there is ________, how wonderful, then reality snaps back harshly, you think you see _________ take a hard look & reality snaps back harshly.  Our mind does play tricks on us, sometimes it's a needed respite from sadness but these bouts of deceipt, lies being told, inference of ineptitude pointed at OCSO who is working so hard, who has demonstrated compassion & respect, no that is not shock.  It is what it is & it is ugly & the worst there is to see for no child should be abandoned in such a manner to protect a deviant, there is no logic present to that.  JMHO

We have seen many family's that have deserved empathy, respect & compassion.  The Hacking's, Mr. Dahmer, the former Mrs. Dahmer, at W/S SanQuentinVisitor with her brother on DeathRow, or those families of criminals that have been there to support there family member in the court room & with visits but who are respectful of LE efforts & of course the Victim.  They are not ridiculed or suspected of anything as they demonstrate respect & compassion for the victim, don't point the finger at innocent people to deflect from the responsible perpetrator.

                 This case is driving me crazy.   I have 5 kids and one granddaughter, and after spending all day with her there is no way in hell I could ever, ever, ever give up on her.  An I would never give up on anyone of my kids either.  I have a son who is 15, just diagnosed with epilepsy, and is at that, shall we say, teen ager phase, and I fight every day to keep him safe and smart.  There is NO WAY I could ever think about taking the easy way out.  You just don't do that when you are a mom.  Obviously Casey WASN'T a mom.   :2brickwall: :2brickwall: :2brickwall: :2brickwall: :gaah: :gaah: :gaah:

Concerning the car being abandoned at the parking lot and all that....

Casey must have had the car when she went to stay at Tony's for the night.  Maybe she got up a bit earlier than usual and left.  By that time, the smell in the car must have gotten really awful.  She decides that she has to leave it somewhere and decides on the parking lot.  It is there around seven a.m. and Casey may be in it when the lady comes to work and sees it there.  Maybe she is laying down in the front seat or maybe she decided to just walk around because the smell is so bad. 

She walks and thinks and then decides to go back and get the car and go over to her parents' house and get some things she needs in the way of groceries.  If she drove around afterward, it may have been just to clear her head and try to decide what to do with the car.  Maybe she even drove around with the windows down to clear it out a bit.

She finally decides that abandoning the car is the only way to go.  Maybe she hoped it would be stolen.  After all, she left a purse on the seat.  She leaves the car there and Tony picks her up.

The part that really makes me wonder, though, is why no smell lingered on her clothing and in her hair.  The smell of death really permeates everything.  I can only assume that the smell had gotten bad but not nearly as bad as it was after sitting on the impound lot for three days.

This case has really gotten to me, It has come to the point where the first thing I do before bed is think of what happen to Caylee, I lay in bed at night and just try to picture what she could have done to her child and why!! I wake up and have to check the news to see if she has been found. I hear TES is coming to search and I have already completed the application to help with searching. This time I pray that they can find her!

He will have a live feed, but not on specific locations that may be pertinent to the case.  He was just on the phone with a TES member who gave him the 'rules'.   Worth checking out, but don't expect too much.  Don't want to contaminate evidence! 

At first I do think the Anthonys were in denial....now they are just big liars!!  Im sure Baez has told them their daughter can get the death penalty and to amp up the Caylee is Alive story. I think Cindy was in complete denial when Casey was pregnant, but had to face the facts when her family called her on it.  Thats probably why she doesnt want anything to do with her family now except for Casey, Lee and Geroge. They are those kind of people that if its not talked about it will go away.  Well this time its not going away and their grand daughter is dead with more consequences to come.

FLgranny, I am not sure about what Cindy and George are up to now.  Most of the time lawyers tell their clients to say nothing, nothing at all.  And since George and Cindy are prone to ramble, I doubt that their lawyer or Casey's lawyers want them out talking.  They were very quiet for a while.  Now I think they just have to saw something.  After all, they are trapped in that house all day.  It cannot be easy.  And perhaps they really think they can help Casey or help themselves by talking to the media. 

I am pretty hard on them but I would hate to be in their shoes.  I don't blame them for standing with their daughter, even if she did this horrible thing.  And I think they have encouraged her to tell the truth.  So maybe they do really believe that she did not kill Caylee.  Maybe it is all they have to hang onto at this "worst of worst" time.

There are certainly things about this case that are puzzling beyond belief.  I really wonder how the prosecution is going to present a timeline to the jury. 

One of the subjects which you have mentioned in this post is that of Caylee's father.  I know that many of us believe that her father is a close relative, but let's put that theory aside for a moment and consider the alternative.  I heard Cindy say that she had seen the father's obituary but she "Couldn't remember his name." How unlikely is that??? No, I think there is a living, breathing father somewhere who quite likely is not aware that he even had a daughter. If this is the case, he has parents, perhaps living grandparents, siblings, cousins, aunts...well you get the idea.  If the Anthonys have withheld this from him, it just doubles and quadruples the tragedy.  They never had the pleasure of seeing that sweet little face laughing up at them and hear her laughter or feel her hugs and kisses as her great-grandfather did, nor did they hear her singing "You are my Sunshine."  And if this young man is no longer living, still there are all of those paternal relatives who are unaware of what they missed and what was taken by this "Odious creature."  And all of these pleasures were thoughtlessly and unfeelingly withheld from them by the Anthonys.

I wonder if any of them, or perhaps all of them, could file a lawsuit for "Wrongful death" against Casey, and perhaps other lawsuits on other grounds because they were deliberately cheated out of one of life's greatest pleasures.

It is for this reason that I hope LE has exhausted every possible avenue of inquiry to determine Caylee's paternity and make a definitive determine as to her father's status--living or dead.

Justice0~ It's great you could be actively searching for little Caylee.  I have several cases I check on when I log on every day and when I check the news.  I personally believe if anyone can bring Caylee home, it will be  a search with TES that Tim Miller organized.  (with all the wonderful folks involved, of course)

Yes I agree I learned of him through the NH case and of course his own daughter he unselfishly gives his time and money to help find people who wouldn't be found otherwise,And if it were up to the Anthony's she wouldn't be found. It's like out of sight out of mind with that bunch! And I truly felt for all of them until the evidence started coming out, I then had no choice but to believe that Caylee was dead.I feel so sorry for GA it's like he knows in his heart that Caylee is dead but when he gets around the family to protect them he says she is alive that has to be hard for him.

No, not everything he's done has made sense to us, BUT he got his OWN lawyer and didn't throw in with his goofy parents AND he is keeping a low profile, not out there proclaiming to everyone how innocent KC is. Lee said "She is telling the truth to the best of her ability" he knows she lying. OK I know you guys are going to say it's b/c he is guilty, but his actions make sense if he's innocent too. He lawyer or LE could have told him to play like he's supporting his sister to get her to tell HIM the truth. JMO

Funny you should mention Mexican Drug Cartel. Just yesterday there was a little 6 year old boy kidnapped at gunpoint IICRC. Today it was said the Grandfather was involved with a Mexican Mob and they believe it was payback for drug money owed. OMG!!! that's what Cindy will be saying on all the shows now. Only one thing, the decomp in the car will be hard to disprove.
I hope they find the little guy.

that is what i was gonna say, why are they waiting so long? anyone know if LE is going over the areas of interest on their own?  i have thoughts of the A's going to those areas to cover up any evidence .  seems like it would be a priority to go to those places and find Caylee asap.  I have a feeling a lot of people will show up to help search. I just want her found to end all this George and Cindy madness.

From what I understand, there are areas TES is waiting for to dry out.  I believe Tim Miller said he wanted to be sure the searchers didn't walk on Caylee's remains and push them into the earth. 

I lived in FL for 19 years and I know some areas get more rain than others... I guess it makes sense, Orlando did see more rain than we saw in Lake County.  Most of the time our area was dry while Orlando was soaked.  Arrrghhhhh guess I'm getting impatient!  ::MonkeyRoll::

Hudsunn, every time I try to imagine what it must be like to be in their shoes I just can't go there.  So I have tried to give George and Cindy the benefit of the doubt and believe that is why they also can't go there.  I know for a certainty that neither my son or daughter, or their spouses for that matter, would do harm to any of my grandchildren.  No matter what, I would never believe they could do such a thing.  Do the A's feel this way too?  I don't know.  Of course, there is no comparison between my children and the A's.  Both of my kids have been in LE and my son is still.

I believe that the love we have for our children can sometimes make us blind to their faults, but I don't think that is the case here.  Cindy told Casey's friends that she was a sociopath, a liar and a thief.  IMO, part of what drives the A's is a sense of guilt.  Not that they are directly guilty in the disappearance of Caylee, but that they were enabling Casey for all these years.

maybe you could ask your Dad what he thinks would be charges if relatives encouraged/directed a perpetrator to dispose of a child's body, whether death resulted by accident or murder,  in order to garner national attention by reporting a kidnapping, setting up donation jars, setting up a trust to maintain their lifestyle while "searching for the child", possibly diverting those funds received by selling of photo's, print & magazine interviews, book or movie royalties offset legal expenses of the accused, when the "original script" wasn't followed thus bringing suspicion way ahead of anticipated possible suspicion.  Think the "normal" 7 year waiting time until going into court to have the missing child declared deceased & then being the legal beneficiaries of the "estate".

I would be most interested in his opinion under the above theoretical circumstances.

If there is a living father out there he and his family deserve to know the truth....If there is a deceased father, then his family has not only lost their son, but also a chance to see him in different expressions , mannerisms and such that Caylee inherited from him....that is so very sad.....If my son were (God Forbid) gone from me and he had left behind a child, I am sure that child would be so very precious to me because he/she would be a living reminder , a living part of my child.....Just makes  no sense to me all the secrecy about Caylee's bio father....unless she simply has no idea which guy she was with fathered her child......or it is a member of the family....

Mags ~  I surely understand how you feel.  It may seem like this case is taking a long time, but in reality it isn't.  I am prepared to wait and let Tim Miller with TES and the LE get their ducks all in a row, find Caylee and do it right.  The searches take a lot of time for planning and etc.  I'm no expert, and I haven't done a search with TES, but I was trying to think of all that would be required to make it happen.  It's huge!  And there are other missing persons and searches, and Tim was hit hard by Hurricane Ike. All of this is just my opinion.

Wow! All that money, people are ruining their lives...We all pay.

We thought drugs were involved in the disappearance of Caylee at first. That would have given us some hope, but not anymore. Poor Baby.

KCJackie, have you heard of when exactly this new witness saw Casey at Boggy Creek Rd.?  It would be interesting if we could place her in that area on that day.

Is LE allowed to subpoena the records from Cindy seeing the doctor that diagnosed Casey as a sociopath? Under the circumstances it would reveal some past behavior of Casey's. Cindy would fight it tooth and nail as it would expose her further for using bad judgement trusting Caylee with Casey.

We went thru this before and went round and round. No answers.
The car was spotted at 7 am. on the lot.
Casey spent the night at Tony's.
So, the car must have been dumped there the night before. Why and how did she get back to Tony's ?
She was on the road at around 9:30 am. on June 27 th.
She called Tony to pick her up at 11:4? as she was out of gas.
He picked her up and she had groceries, he suspected from her parents house.
June 30, Monday, she goes to buy a gas can with Amy.
Car towed.
There was lots more in there with the phone calls, but it made no sense that the car was there at 7 am and then she was driving it until later in the afternoon.
I did go to the cell records and could not make heads or tails of what had happened.

Tony would know what had transpired the night before in relation to her car, where she usually parked it at his place and what if anything was odd about the car situation.

Remember that the 27th is a Friday and she plans on going to Fusion to promote Tony, she can't go in a stinky car. So she parks it by a dumpster at Amscot to mask the smell. It had to be there before 7 a.m. because it was spotted there. Could be Casey slept there in her car all night. Then before 11 a.m. she showered (in a public bathroom?) and got groceries and was picked up. 4 hours is a long time.

Let's say she abandoned the car at Amscot earlier, shortly after the last ping when she dumped the body. When she realized the smell was in the car and on her, she drives around looking for a place, finds Amscot, maybe around midnight right by the dumpster is perfect. Maybe she takes a nap and wakes at 3 a.m. She has even more time to shower and wait for Tony at 11 a.m.

On murts sight he said he is taking a metal detector with him tomorrow and I just thouight of something and asked him if Caylee had her ears pierced would they show up on a detector and he said yes.......do we know if her ears were pierced????????????????

JJ - here's the map for that day - The last ping on the 26th was at 11:47 pm (phone call to 4511 that lasted about 10 minutes) she was at Tony's and then nothing until 6:54 am on the 27th - at Tony's - we do not know where she was in between those times.

Photo 11 of 42 Caylee is walking out with KC, it does look like Caylee may be wearing earrings.  The photo's when she was in the pool at a younger age she is not wearing any.  Maybe your son or you can blow that picture up & see if she is wearing them.  I did use a magnifying glass & it does look like it to me but I could be wrong.  Great thinking along with your outstanding efforts HH.

Hello everyone. Tomorrow is going to be a rather odd day. I will start broadcasting between 7 and 8 am eastern time and will be broadcasting throughout the day. There will be times that I discontinue broadcasting due to the fact that I will be directly involved in the search. That was my guess, too, Klaas.  It would be wonderful if they found evidence of Caylee, but I also worry that they know search procedures and won't destroy evidence.  Isn't that why Tim is waiting a few more weeks?  So evidence won't be destroyed?

Yes, but I don't think the searchers tomorrow will have horses and ATV's that could run over something unknowingly.  Hopefully they will just be a handful of people on foot and if they see something suspicious they will call LE.

I also think that if they have likely sites that TES needs to clear but couldn't due to water, these sites should be taped off and guarded.  At least, I think they should.  Anyone know?

I've been out of touch for a few days (working), so I've wondered if there is anything new from the Anthony's.  Cindy, George or Lee do anything noteworthy lately?

I'm wondering how he was able to see all he did - when he said they just "slowed down" driver wouldn't stop.  He seen her walking out of the woods - well dressed man - and her hitting her head on the trunk - that seems like a lot for a short period of time.  JMO ::MonkeyConfused::

Praying for the searchers safety & that divine intervention takes place as that blurt out of CA making OCSO aware of the car was divine intervention #1 so looking for another miracle to surface in answer to our prayers.

Do you feel a bit of a letdown now that KC is in jail and charges filed?  I don't know what I expected, but I think I felt we would know more of the evidence by now than we do.  It appears we need to wait for the trial.

Casey will always be looking for the advantage for herself.  If she sees no advantage in talking, then she won't.  I think it's way too early in the legal process for her to see an advantage in telling what she knows.  Sometimes I wonder if she ever will because she does live in that fantasy land of her imagination.  That gives her false hope even when none exists.

Ugh - the dog woke me up to go potty and now she is asleep and I can't sleep!  LOL  I have a question.  Can Cindy's psychiatrist/counselor be questioned at all?  I know there is Dr./ patient confidentiality but in a murder case?  I'd love to know what all Cindy told her/him.  Second, did we ever find out what Baez wrote on the paper in front of Casey at the speedy trial?  I thought that was rude of him in a way.  The other thing is this new witness.  He was adament.  Wasn't there a lady that saw someone come out of the woods also?  Couldn't they take her and see if the places match up?  When I saw him walk over the tire path and water - I thought of Casey wearing boots.  These things sure bother me - how the heck does Casey sleep?!

Well, to be technical, Cindy and Amy came and got Casey at Tony's apartment on July 15.

Tony did tell LE in his interview on July 16 that he talked to her on July 16 in the morning.

I have been thinking about that and well, IIRC a lot of people thought the numbers that the Ants had floating WERE the police tip line. I would bet he called the Ants number thinking it was the police tipline. I also have to wonder how many other tips in that area for the same thing were called in to "that tip line". I am sure the Ants would never admit to it nor would they pass it on to LE which I am sure is why LE did not want the Ants having this tip line going and plastering that number every where. They can pick and choose which tips come to light and which are buried. Wonder how many other people think their tip was followed up on or ignored and just left it at calling it in never to follow up to make sure LE got it and followed up?

The pings from Lee or Tony's cells inthe same area where the witness spotted straw hat? If the suit fisherman was on the cell there have to be pings. Maybe he was on Casey's phone while she was using the shovel and that's where pings came from.
What was the first Friday after June 16th, when Casey would have to dispose of the body? I would say that on the 19th or 20th would narrow down the woods timeframe.
It could be that she collected the body after that and put it back in the trunk but there would be dirt in there. So I suspect that there was a plastic bag with fluids only that was put back in the trunk, and possibly Caylees clothes that began to smell bad on the 27th.

I see that, makes you wonder what kind of cop GA was... You would think with his LE background he would be more respectful and supportive of LE. No one in that family has any morals or decency at all.

Murt- he's starting early because he's been asked to join the search.  Originally it was at noon, but it's changed now that he's part of the deal.  Noon might be in the middle of the search, or after.. during, his equipment will be shut off.  Search groups have very strict protocols with taking pictures, etc..  so he has to be very careful.

(Searching will start around 9 am EST he said)

Since it appears though that a certain person has planted an item/items (dress) I would think a rolling camera would cover their butts

      I did get to see my friend for only a short time today and I did ask about the Guy that came forward with the sighting in the Boggy Creek area and he said that at this point nobody is not being believed or dismissed, that every area that has been brought to their attenton WILL be added to places of interest and be searched as time allows...I asked about a lot of things .........mostly things he could not comment on and I already knew this but I asked anyway...the dress.....he said sent off for testing....was it hers........no comment ...but it was found and sent off for testing and that will give us the facts not just a guess......I asked about the cell phone pings and how accurate they were in any other cases that they might have worked and used them ........very accurate and very useful......the decomposition in the trunk of the car....could it have been someone else..or caused by something else...............You watch the news ,science is science there is only one answer.....................and so on and so forth...I asked a lot of things but I cant write them all here  right now  ,   but I just wanted to say that I did ..in deed ...learn alot these past few days and I am gonna go back when Tim searches and join him and the other searchers...Its gonna take alot of people to completely search these areas...and I know I couldnt do anything by myself when I did see just how big these woods were but I dod think that with a lot of other people it is possible........I hate to think of poor poor Caylee being out there all by herself and it made me sick just looking at all that space, I cried all the way home....Now I just want to choke Casey until she tells just where that poor baby is................I dont want her there in those scary woods.........Sorry about the length of this post but I just cant think about it and not get upset......Im just so so Sad for her..................................

Would love HH to tell my & others scenario & ask just what charges would CA & GA be facing if they really did advise KC what to do after the death of the child, I don't even want to believe they were part of the death before it happened, although I do recognize there is a possibility.

Now this new witness says that he saw CASEY on the side of the road emerging from the woods with a shovel. She was wearing a straw hat and red sun glasses.

How come that person is not identified? Lee, George and Tony L's pictures have been all over the news. Everyone knows who those guys are.

Is it possible that the person who was with Casey is someone new? It would seem that way or that person would have been easily able to say it was someone ALREADY connected to the case.

Nikki, Casey is a sociopath, so in essence she does have more than one side. Only the people who knew her CLOSELY know the charming loving Casey & also the enraged evil Casey. That is why so many of her friends couldn't believe that she would kill her daughter. They never were allowed to see her evil side. All of them would have, in time.
