The cowboys hear the singing but don’t understand the words

Rudy Croes would easily have the ability to know everything as would Straaten.  To be able to say "I have seen the evidence.." you would have to have seen a dead Natalee.  Given this, if Straaten is really Dirty Hand and we have known this, where is the outcry?  Why hasn't everything come tumbling down?  This leads me to believe that it is somebody else...enter Rudy Croes.

Paulus knows every single player in the game...he knows about the dirty little secrets all over the island and he's privy to the money laundering at the casinos.  You don't spend that much time in there and not see things.  He also has a sporter son that aids and abets the gambling situation at will  with no fear of reprisal by the ALE.

How many times were we told by various posters that things weren't right?  How many times did WE know that things were amiss?  Paulus wasn't going home to check on his kid, he was going to another place.  A higher stakes game, one that could have included a pretty young girl, but his brilliant son that was supposed to deliver the goods, messed up big time and put all those "elders" in danger of exposure.  We all know what a big mess it is when the local "lady of the night" loses here little black book with all the politicians and judges names in them.

Okay, maybe I am getting off the beaten path here a bit, but you get the idea.

I went back and read the Dompig statement again.  I have contemplated its meaning.

The Kalpoes were not imprisoned once again for detention but for protection.  I think Dompig knew the DirtyHand crowd was after the Kalpoes.  Had they been left on the streets, they might have met with some kind of problem with their car which would have caused it to catch fire and burn.  He is, after all, their uncle and is aware of the dangers that lurked.  I think they were brought back in for protectino against the dirty hand "fixers."

Shocked  Mad  Shocked @ Tyler,
When we lived in southern Illinois, there was actually a man who did that.  Some old lady came into the office just furious because he had stolen and buried her best girdle and this was back in the day when a girdle was a girdle and a formidable  garment.  And she was really old, too!

Anita said far too much very early until someone shut her up.  Just her saying that "the girl"  (note: Jossy is the only Aruban who seems to know Natalee's name and for that alone I love him!!) should have never gotten into the car with those boys.

If I felt that way about one of my sons, I would be working night and day to correct whatever was wrong with him that caused me to feel he was so totally evil a girl should not even get in the car with him.  I do not feel that way and think any girl would be safe in the car with my sons.  If I did not feel so, it would be my job as a parent to work with them until I did know they were trustworthy or get them professional help or as a last resort nail them shut in a closet so they could not harm others.

But to sit there on her fat ass and say the girl should not have gotten into the car with Joran is admitting he is evil and would harm her.  She seems to think this is normal and OK.   Sick!!  She needs help herself to have a mind that works like that.  Just her saying the girl should never have gotten into the car is admitting that since she did, anything goes.

That is not the way the civilized world works.  And the tales that Ben Vocking drugged Alex Mathews so he could beat him until Matthews was in a wheel chair is also a way to teach a child that it is OK to do this.  This has been stated by Matthews and apparently believed by the World Court.  Even if it were not true, Joran probably heard that Uncle Ben, best friend of the family, did this.  He would be old enough to remember it as well so Joran has had some real instruction on Devil's Island, all right!

They are all FOS and evil besides.

No, no, no.  I think you are right on target.  I think Dirty Hand is Rudy Croes and I think that was Paulus in the casino and I did see during the casino videos what I think was a "high sign" between what appeared to be Guido and Paulo.  Who is the fixer that keeps causing people to appear to have committed suicide when they die?  Was the original fixer the guy who was beheaded?  Did his wife admit to this crime because she felt she would meet with the samef fate?  There are many Colombians and Venezuelans, etc., on the island who could be paid by Dirty Hand to be the "fixer."  I think the "fixer" is the person at "Bill's house."  Now we have to find Bill.

Dana needs to ask Jossy about the statute of limitations on the sexual assault charges.

And don't forget to put your phones next to your computers tonight so you can call Dana!

Hey Klaas, could you ask Dana to ask Jossey if there is any way for him to check if Antonio Carlo's law firm has become a representative for the Government's legal dealings?

I just emailed your question to Dana so he can ask  Wink

That is a great question.

Blah, I think the salt pan being referenced is that area that the K car was seen by the witness with the 3 JVDS DK & unidentified male near the racquet club & the salt pond.

According to the K's they were at home at that time, between 2:30-3:00 AM when the witness saw the car.

b.i.n.g.o.  Deepak supposedly agreed to a polygraph after Skeeters told him what questions he would and would not ask, but Deepak got arrested.

Well, in a round-about-way, that is what I was saying.  If they had gone to FBI or other and talked, they would have probably committed suicide.  Even Dompig knew this.  He was taking them in for their own protection against free speech and possible a serious accident which would have silenced them forever.

I think Joran stayed in jail all summer to be taught a lesson.  His actions caused problems for people and this was their way of slapping him on the wrist.  A warning.  A reminder.  A lesson.

Now I really do have to go. Smile   bbl.

That is what it appears to be saying but I wonder if that too is a ruse, something they can prove did not happen.  I question any motive by any Aruban.  I really would not trust my mother after drinking that desalienated water for a month or so.  It seems to bring out the "lying thug gene."

LALA'S, this is for you.  I know that goats are used by horse breeders/owners to alert them to diseases, but thought you would like this as well.

As strange as this may sound, these little critters have actually served an historical purpose. Shepherds often kept the goats in with their flocks as insurance in case of predator attacks. The theory went something like this- as wolves would come down from the hills to attack a flock of sheep, the goats would become startled and, as per the name of their breed, they would faint. The sheep would make a clean getaway, as the wolves would focus on the stunned goats rather than pursue the fleeing sheep. Not that wonderful if you were one of the goats, sure, but downright dandy if you happened to be a sheep

So was the lamb that became a goat used to protect the rest of the flock?  If so, is Paulus the leader of that flock?  The wolves would be the cowboys in this case.
