I agree for two reasons

1)  It lessens any minimal chance of winning an appeal based on ineffective counsel
2)  The jury will not buy her arguments toward DP phase since she is in the mix of the guilt phase, especially this of all things!

I am just now trying to catch up but had to quick say that you crack me the heck up! Lmao! They were in a different area than where Caylee was if I remember right. The area slopes down but isn't completely flat or even all the way across. This is why the area where Caylee was thrown away was under water but other areas were still semi dry. The water table isn't level in the whole area where those woods are. A geological printout of that area would serve a great purpose in proving how the fingers of water level would accumulate & recede. The Defense & their crosies need to stfu. Sick of them.
