Because she is an idiot and believes she is still going to walk as long as the defense tells her they still have tricks in their bag...unfortuneately that bag is fairly empty ..and the days are running out on the defense side of presentation...does she know how close she truly is to a verdict..in a little over a week, possibly two..this circus train will have pulled out of town and she will be back in her cell..while her defense team goes off on vacation ...using money they gained from representing her....lol

She is a narcissistic sociopath most likely with other traits of anti-social personality disorder...none of which makes her legally insane nor diminished in mental capacity.   She is fully aware of what is going on around her & she has no true remorse, totally fixated on herself this is true BUT her inappropriate reactions do not rise to the level of incompetent.

When all is said and done ... the phone records of Roy Kronk from July through December 11 should have been subpoenaed.  When the August 911 calls were revealed ... there was internet and media skepticism encompassing the discovery of Caylee's remains.

Roy Kronk's credibility would not be a defence issue in this trial if Roy Kronk's cell phone records from July to December 11th had been subpoenaed by investigators.

I don't agree.  Sorry, agree to disagree.  I have no problems with Roy Kronk's credibility and I think the only ones that do are the dumbfense team.  There was also an order, I believe, on when they could get records for, and through December was not allowed, IIRC.

Until today ... I had assumed that investigators had obtain 911 records that implied otherwise.

The defense can file all the appeals that they wish. It takes YEARS for most appeals to be granted. And if granted,does not mean that her conviction will be reversed,,right?
