I really think either Lee or Cindy.  I think they may know his temper and are afraid he could do something stupid.

If there is or ever was a "script", Cindy is the author/director, IMO.

In Casey's statement/interrogation she says her mother will never forgive her.....
...like if I say anything not in the script, she'll never forgive me

Casey met with Zanny in the park...Caylee got in the car with the other two kids.  That is when they held Casey back and gave her this script and outline to follow.  No one knows where this script is now.

I'm betting it was Baez's wife.  She was there that evening.  If I was Mrs. Baez I would be doing everything in my power to get that maneater back in jail.

Why would Cindy buy the house by herself?  was he unemployed? were they having marital problems? did she not want his name to be on the house deed?  they are not wealthy people, in fact they appear to have had financial struggles. 

I find it so interesting that Casey was telling her friend that she (Casey) was going to get the house.  I have no doubt she intended to do away with Cindy somehow.  Cindy is just too blind to see that she probably was next on the Casey agenda.  That is one reason I think the Caylee death was unplanned.  Casey hoped to get rid of Cindy and have the house for herself.  (Don't know what she planned to do about Lee's portion of the inheritance of the house.)  It would be good to know if Cindy has made out a will leaving the house to her daughter, mainly because of Caylee.

At any rate, if something happened to Cindy, George would have moved out and Casey could have moved right in, or so she thought.  I think Cindy was in imminent danger and somehow Caylee died at the hands of Casey, changing the game plan dramatically.

P.S. That high five by Lee and Casey was just totally disgusting.

Do you think that it's a possiblity that the hold up could be that the chloroform searches on Caseys puter were done under a different "login" and not hers?  They might be having trouble pinning it to her exclusively ....

again I ask ... while she was driving Amy's car while Amy was in PR ... who was driving her (Caseys) car?

Most likely Amys ... but I bet she claims she "loaned" her car to "someone" while she was using Amy's and "they" abandoned the car ... not Casey .....

Please tell me we have something to dispell this thought ....

Tony went to NY June 30 - July5th   Amy went to PR July 8th - July 16th.  So what car was Casey using when Tony went to NY.  Didn't Amy need to use her own car to get around??

and who's car was Casey driving when Tony went to NY June 30th - July 5th?  She abandoned her's on June 27th.

He definatley lost it last night and we all know things are hereditary is that where Casey gets her temper and poor Caylee court it first hand??  GOD BLESS HER!!

George pushed a man and then her.  Told them to get off his property.  He had hammer in his hand.  Lee cam out and took the hammer from George and tried to steer him to the garage.
