I think one of the reasons Bozo wants a change of venue is because he doesn't want Strickland as the judge.  More so that than the lame excuses that are being given to the press.  Is it Strickland who makes the decision about the change?

As for the change of venue request, bozo prolly heard it from a real lawyer that's what he should do, they're all victims ya know. Poor poor team crazy, those boogie men "forces" are out to get them and he can spread his face time on tv to another town. Ugh!

Yes, Judge Strickland decides.  Bozo would have been wise to weigh in the fact that he has already miffed this judge quite a bit & asking for a change of venue may be interpreted as a backhanded insult to Judge "Stan the Man" Strickland in addition to his whining about "the local media" causing his client an undue prejudice of predisposed opinion, regardless of the fact that "the media" only reports what is put out that his client & her family caused to begin with & his has glorified for his own gain.

Oh, Capp.  So he's in deeper doo doo than before.   

Possibly, Bozo is in a round about way saying that he does not believe "Stan the man" can guide a fair & impartial jury & frankly I think Bozo knows he's played the BS card before The Honorable Stanley Strickland one too many times already (bar complaint filed by Strickland) so he doesn't want him to preside over the murder trial...slick atempt but its yet another reason I have my doubts that a change of venue will be granted....Bozo doesnt realize that many of us see right thru him.

  Thanks JSM!  I had thought the judge traveled to the new venue also.  We had a trial where I lived and they had a change of venue and the judge went to the new city.

Unless they could move it to Uranus...I'm just sayin'    IMO, the defense has been all over TV spewing their crap to a NATIONAL audience.  I think that, alone gives Judge Strickland the rationale to keep it right there in Orlando. 

Having said that, what's the saying about "perception is 99% of reality"?  IMO the defense is going on national TV saying they can't get a fair trial..but they know better.  They just want the public to think that, in hope that they can gain some sympathy.  They know their case sucks and the slore is goin' down.  I mean seriously...ugly coping?????
