Oh no, I just had a terrible thought, I wonder if BD has threatened CD that she would claim those images belonged to him.  I am only speculating but maybe this is why the interview with PH was cancelled.  Maybe this is why her mother threatened to "Air his dirty laundry"!  Just shooting from the hip, since we know how she likes to point fingers! 

It doesn't add up though, Mom. The police took & viewed the computer from Christina's house that Shawn utilized, then when she was on her way to get it back they placed it into evidence, then they got an affidavit specifically naming certain devices to collect from Billie Jean;s house. 2 were hidden in the master bedroom...1 hidden in the bottom corner or a drawer, another placed behind numerous dvd's in an entertainment unit. Iow, they knew exactly what they were looking for. There's absolutely no way she could pin that stuff on anybody else.

Computer seized from Christina Walker's home was a DEL INSPIRON 530.  As per affidavit pg 6

Janet, I think I know what Capp was talking about earlier, what may have caused her confusion. See, I remembered hearing something about a laptop, and I thought Capp did, too. Was the computer at Shawn's mom's house a laptop? I never searched the model #. If so, that explains it! I just did a search and found this transcript from Nancy Grace:

Who has taken polygraphs and what are the results of those?

As far as I know, me, Shawn, and my brother. I’m not really sure why my brother took one. Shawn and I volunteered them. My brother didn’t, so again, I’m not sure why he was given one.
 
Shawn and I were both told we failed. My brother was told he failed twice. He was allowed to take another one the next day and he passed it, and also, one other guy that I don’t really know. I heard another guy took one, and I don’t know the results.
