anyways, I felt that it was odd at the time..seems like it was the date that her child went missing..like you would need a reminder of that...Just seems odd to me that parents of a missing child would take the time to get a tattoo while child is missing..call me crazy..

Can someone clarify for me (sorry if I missed it) - has it been confirmed that the child porn was only on this Shawns mothers computer?  He seemed to have claimed that during his interview.  That may make it difficult for LE to prove they were SA's.

She never has been truthful about ending the relationship before.  The only thing that makes me think she realizes it is inevitably going to end, now (thus her tears on the interview) is the CP situation, and the fact that she not only throws him under the bus, but holds him there to make sure all the tires hit him when she implies that the LE told her SA knew that Hailey was missing a full 3-4 hours before she herself even knew.

I can understand, if a person memorializes things in tattoos, the desire to get one - maybe it's a way to make things permanent, to keep them with you when there' no other way to keep them with you.  That being said, I think the two cases are so different, and I still feel that BD's "feels" (to me - that makes it an opinion) like a memorial tattoo that people down here in Texas do after a friend or baby dies or is killed.  I can't shake that feeling with her, and ONLY in her case.  I really pray I am so wrong that I eat crow for a year:  crow stew, crow etouffe, grilled crow, etc.  But....

I've seen a lot of henna done on hands and etc., and know what that looks like, but I was just looking at at google images "temporary henna tatoos".  I haven't really asked anyone if their tat was temporary or not, and I wouldn't know how they might look in comparison with other stuff, just a thought.  And of course, one could go to google and research temporary henna tatoos, which I did.  I saw all kinds of stuff...

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to call b.s. on that tat being temporary and henna.  Every henna tattoo I have ever even heard of is just linear, not shading.  Hmmm I think I might run that picture by a friend of mine who has tattoos and get her take on it.

Here's a link to a google image search with main words being "black & white henna portrait tattoos". Looks like some that are actually from henna can have shading in the portraits as well as color. I don't have any tattoos, don't really know that much about them except so many people in my family have them, so I had to look it up. I do know that every year we go to Disney & my sons get these henna tatts on their backs or upper arms...nothing elaborate, though, but those celtic bands, etc.

IMHO, not only is the timing of getting the tattoo "off" but it seems to indicate she is referring to her daughter in past tense.  The size (large) of the tat is also rather interesting to me as well as it seems to indicate that "look world how much I care about my daughter by the size of the memorialization I had inked on my body to show it."

He was definitely at the house yesterday morning, he claimed it was to pick up more of his things...the fact that he came on air to state that tells me they are pulling "wait until the heat dies down" again.   This time they may not have that luxury of time, one or both should be in jail in no more than a few weeks if not sooner.

‘Deviant acts,' porn found on digital evidence seized in Hailey Dunn case

Almost 109,000 images and videos depicting "deviant acts" and pornography were found on a computer and memory stick confiscated in the investigating of the disappearance of Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn, according to authorities investigating the case.

The Dell Inspiron 530 computer contained "approximately 108,498 pictures depicting deviant acts," according to evidence seized after a search warrant issued in early January. The computer was confiscated from the home of Shawn Adkins' mother in the 2800 block of Apache Street in Big Spring.

Adkins, the former boyfriend of Hailey Dunn's mother, Billie Jean Dunn, is the only named suspect in the case.

The search warrants for the digital media were issued by 32nd District Judge Glen Harrison's office in Sweetwater.

A memory stick confiscated from a dresser in the master bedroom of the Dunn residence in Colorado City was found to contain "320 images and videos of a pornographic nature."

Both the computer and the memory stick contain images depicting bestiality and child pornography, said Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

SWEETWATER, Texas -- A digital memory stick containing images of child pornography was discovered in Billie Dunn and Shawn Adkins’ bedroom as law enforcement searched for evidence pertaining to the disappearance of Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn, according to Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

In addition to the digital images found in their bedroom, more than 100,000 pornographic images were found on a computer that police seized as evidence from Adkins’ mother’s residence in Big Spring on Jan. 7.

This information was revealed on a return on warrants to the office of Judge Glen Harrison, 32nd District Court for Fisher, Mitchell and Nolan counties. The judge's office is located in the Nolan County Courthouse in Sweetwater.

So, question is this: How is this guy connected to Christina & Steven Walker's address? If it's an old address, and he's since moved, then why is he selling a boat from that address? How ironic that a boat should be sold from that exact address, the same address Shawn's mother lives at and the same address a computer was taken from - as per the affidavit Christina gave permission to le, they came to the house & Steven Walker (Christina's husband) handed it over to them. IMHO, not only is the timing of getting the tattoo "off" but it seems to indicate she is referring to her daughter in past tense.  The size (large) of the tat is also rather interesting to me as well as it seems to indicate that "look world how much I care about my daughter by the size of the memorialization I had inked on my body to show it."

Yep, exactly.

Have to say something positive, though...

Whomever did the tatt did a great job, Hailey looks cute & just like her pictures! Ron's tatt of HaLeigh Cummings made her look like the Cowardly Lion and I was po'd whomever did it did such a horrible job! HaLeigh is/was a beautiful darling lil girl!
