LOL ..Well if Caylee's death was accidental it wasn't her family she needed to report the death to it was LE..or how about taking her to the emergency room first if it was an accident..children have been known to survive some really bad accidents when taken to the hospital..as opposed to duct taping their mouth and nose, buring them, riding them around in the trunk of the car for a few days, placing them in 3 trash bags and then a laundry hamper and pitchig them in a swampy area.

Call me crazy..but accidents get taken to the hospital and reported to police, not your parents.

I am watching ng and that patricia lady that talked and got the 50 jurors dismissed yesterday said that she didn't even know she was a witness cause she had told baez that she did not want to be because of the way she feels about the case..

Wow..then she is also a liar.  She may not want to be a witness but that is too bad.  She knows she is a witness because she would have received a subpeona at some point for a depo.  She is stupid and she thinks everyone else is too.

I think the dufense listed her as a witness for the penalty phase, because of the shove Georgie gave her. I don't know if they depose those witnesses. Maybe some monkey with legal-beagle experience knows...

Okay, so we have seen yesterdays spat and then the carry on this morning, ICA was obviously unhappy with her seating arrangements and treatment by Baez, she complained to Mason and Finnell about Baez, Mason went to talk to Baez to smooth over troubled waters so then Baez approached ICA and ICA's response to Baez caused Sims to immediately tell ICA to stop what ever she was saying. The Judge entered the courtroom thus putting an end, for now, to what was happening.

Later in the day when the new jury pool was to be brought in everyone gets up to move their seats to the opposite side of the table. This is what I see next starting at the 2.49 mark:

1. ICA gets up to move her things, Finnell kind of interrupts and motions to Mason and Baez for ICA to sit up with them, Baez must put the kibosh on it and Mason just shrugs his shoulders, you can see ICA motioning to Mason to move down but he won't
2. Eventually Finnell comes back and tells her to sit next to her which she does but she looks very unhappy
3. As the Judge is asking if the state is ready and if the defense is ready, ICA shoots Baez a look that is so sad and forlorn it's quite startling. The look is at mark 4.18.

ICA is so unhappy by what I can only imagine is her feeling that Baez is ignoring her - she's so upset and she looks ready to cry and not because the charges are going to be read out again to another jury pool but by what is happening between her and Baez. Luckily for her, her attention is diverted by the dismissal of the jury pool.

How long before the relationship between Baez and ICA disintegrates entirely?

My guess is not long and this is due partly to them spending so much time together recently and ICA inability to understand where she is and why she is there.

I can see their post is well thought out and certainl the tension is there.  However I disagree why the tension is there.

It's simple..Baez wanted her to take a plea..she refused..she is hurt that she finely realizes no one..not even Baez believes she is innocent.  Innocence would not have ever been discussed with her attorneys...they know she is guilty..they don't want orneed to know the details.  However..she believes they believe her lies..we are seeing someone who finally realizes she has only maybe Mason, Finell and Simms that believe her..and she has a rude awakening..they don't believe her either..they are just trying to save her from the DP. 

I am not concerned too much either with prospective jurors that say they are against the DP.  In Florida it takes all 12 jurors to convict her.  But in penalty phase for DP it only takes a majority vote..I really would rather have 12 jurors that find her guilty of murder in the first degree and then deal with DP vs LWOP  on a majority basis...

But, now since she is with Casey's defense, if she adds in tidbits about Casey..well the stakes may go a little higher.  I wouldn't count on it though..because he already has dibs on a contract about Casey either through Baez or Cindy..heck maybe both.  Still..time will tell..time will tell.

I just had a thought (rare occurrence though it may be): what if Baez is deliberately being harsh with KC to keep her off balance and upset during jury selection? He knows she's not able to keep up the sad act for too long, and this is the longest she's been able to keep it up because she's genuinely upset about this "falling out".
