I think Joran is guilty of something...because he and Deepak concocted a lie about dropping her off at the Holiday Inn.  It was already in place (the lie) ready to be used before the family even arrived on the island.  

I think Joran is guilty of something...because his statements are full of inconsistencies that just jump out at you...if you read them.

I think Joran is guilty of something...because he never even once attempted to help look for Natalee or even try to be kind to a mother that was devastated by this loss.

I think Joran is guilty of something...because innocent people don't act like he does.  They do everything in their power to help.  

I could go on and on, but I must leave...some of you other monkeys can take up the challenge or when I get back from work tonight...I will continue this conversation then.  

Read his statements...they do not support the facts.

i think its good that you say "i think" because allot of ppl say that j2k ARE guilty. but till now its not proven that they are guilty. so allot of ppl have to say: "MAYBE j2k are guilty"....or..... "i think they are quilty"

K2 can be "proven" guilty -- but they still remain free and uncharged...WHY?

Satish and deepak kalpoe each attested to and signed INTENTIONALLY FALSE witness statements under advice of counsel.  

This is a crime.

Why have they not been charged and prosecuted for the crime of perjury?

Further, their own statements show that they conspired w/ joran, and among themsleves, to commit this perjury.  This is also a crime, a separate crime.  Why have they not been charged w/ conspracy to commit perjury?

As a result of the perjurious statements, 2 innocent men were incarcerated and neither kalpoe brother came forward to set the record straight, and to demand the release of the innocent security guards who were apprehended beacuse of their criminal perjury.

The INTENTIONALLY FALSE witness statements resulted in the arrest of innocent men, which comprises obstruction of justice.  This is also a crime.

And based on the above, each kalpoe brother is subject to the charge of contempt of court.

kbm, the kalpoe witness statements are evidence of criminal activity and proof that crimes have been committed.  Why haven't the kalpoe's each been charged with perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury, obstruction of justice leading to false arrests during a murder investigation and contempt of court?

You've been looking for "proof" -- well here it is.

OK, I THINK J2K are guilty and until I know otherwise, I shall continue to boycott Aruba.

80% of the time when a person is missing, it is the one last seen with them who is responsible.  Add to that the confession that was retracted and all the lies and it would put that percentage very high, wouldn't it?

You know math and you know statistics from economics classes.  It is very very unlikely that anyone else is involved.  ALE knew Natalee was dead when the parents arrived.  That's why they were in no hurry at all to do anything but eat their Frosted Flakes, shave and make crude jokes about Natalee.  They already knew or they would have been much more concerned.

I wonder if they regret what they did.
