so here is my problem -- if some of us seasoned monkeys are buying the drowning -- what hope is there for the jury to convict on 1st degree murder?

I can't believe Baez would just say it is so and some of us will take his word for it. Am I getting the wrong impression this morning? Why are we entertaining the drowning at home or at Tony's?
I think when the tape gets brought in the 'accidental' drowning will go out the window.
I was thinking the exact same thing!
Notice they have KC buttoned up to the neck today.. Too bad the jury's first impression is that sloppy pajama top with her chest exposed
No 'hot body' under that granny shirt.  I think she looked uncomfortable to have the young male witnesses seeing her looking so homely.  You know how she likes to have the admiring eye.

if Caylee drowned -- anywhere -- where did the chloroform in the trunk come from? why was it there? why the searches on the internet? was Casey using it to knock men out and have her way with them --no. so what is the purpose?

if Caylee died in an accident Casey would have called 911 -- it was an accident, Casey was the poor grieving mother, she was rid of Caylee and most likely no jail time.

No. not buying it.
Methinks the defense might try and say the chloroform was actually chlorine from the pool and it showed up in the trunk when Geo and Casey put Caylee in there to hide her before they handed her over to Kronk (or however that dynamic worked, i'm confused about it) .  I know the A's didn't use chlorine, but I'm not sure how it will be proven that they did not use chlorine and um gross! why no chlorine?

Do ya'all think that the state is going to show those jailhouse tapes to the jury?  I so hope they do.  That will really open their eyes to who casey is, it would also set the tone if she testifies herself.

I don't think it happened that way, can't speak for other monkeys.  If George and Casey were both home, it wouldn't of been anyone's fault.  Accidents happen, if George was keeping Casey from watching Caylee because of sexual contact, it would of been his fault.  Casey is too smart not to have known that, she ran that house and her mother and father.  Why would George suddenly scream, "Where is Caylee?"  that makes no sense.  The problem I have with it, is that the jury doesn't know everything that we know and they are going to say she drowned over and over.  I am afraid of reasonable doubt.  I don't believe there is one shred of truth in her drowning and George and Casey both being home at the time.  How in the world did Kronk get a hold of her and why would she have duct tape over her nose and mouth?  Who put that there?  I am just hoping the jury isn't so poisoned with hearing she accidentally drowned, over and over...............she didn't.

I cannot believe JBP is going to allow Bozo to ask every single witness if they were present when she supposedly drowned.

This is just so disgusting.

Zoo, Bozo can ask the ridiculous question but the evidence will speak for itself.

What bothers me is that Bobo is asking it like it is a fact.  I am concerned if he asks it enough times a juror may start believing it.  They do not expect any lies out of the mouth of attorneys in court, as an officer of the court so everytime he says
"Were YOU at the Anthony house on June 16 the day Caylee drown?"
It just reinforces his fairytale as being real and there is NOTHING that proves this in fact happened.

That is like me saying , did you see the purple sun today? enough times to enough people until someone thinks they may have seen a purple sun.

Perry coyly announces a 15-minute recess.

I just love this man!  [ Cuddles Perry. ]

I wish JBP would stop the carp he is allowing to go on.  Come on.  Try your case, but behave, and act like you care about a little girl who died (talking about Bozo here).  This is becoming a joke.

Wait so if those phone calls are correct she did leave when GA said she left, and she came back when GA left. Then the phone calls to GA and CA. Was she thinking about taking Caylee to the hospital when she was near the hospital on her cell?

I hope they show the one where the fragile and scared KC turns into Damien and starts clenching her fists and growling at her mother.

What nanny takes a child to all these tourist spots constantly, on its face its ridiculous.  More ridiculous is that this then 21 year old mother had any spare money whatsoever to be buying tickets & paying for these day trips much less paying for a nanny daily care...its ludicrous!

I was thinking about that today.  However, the fake "event coordinator" job may have made it easy for these childless college students to believe she could afford a nanny as a single parent. MOO.

Who gives a rip where KC parked her car?  And honestly, what did Jose hope to gain by questioning Nate on his whereabouts the day Caylee was disappeared by her monster?
Maybe setting it up how can caylee be in the trunk if she park so close to everyone else?

I sure hope so Capp.

I was super sure she would get justice.  I am not so sure any more.

I do think they will hate Bozo though, the jurors.  He is acting like a snake, but I probably feel that way cause i have watched him be a snake for 3 years now.

He is extremely arrogant.

They have all been polite, appropriately dressed, and seem to have it together, job and education wise.  You could have had all that, too, Casey, but you were lookin for a free ride.  I've always thought the life she created by avoiding responsiblity was a lot harder than going to school and getting a real job.
