We've been quiet because like most everyone, we're in sit-and-wait mode.  We're dockside, shut down on weather at the moment (12-16ft seas). We were out all day today but damaged the towfish cable due to the rough sea state (we had 25 degree rolls of the boat).  I'll post a blog update later this evening or tonight.

2:00 Kalpoes rush home to create alibi

2:15 Natalee can not be woken up

2:15 Joran uses payphone to call father

2:30 Joran uses cell phone to instruct Kalpoes to expect messaging

2:45 Paulus arrives on beach, body is hidden

3:15 Joran arrives home, messages Deepak

3:30 Messaging concludes

3:45 Dirtyhand is notified, body is moved

The question is did Paulus call in a favor to have the body moved or did one of jorans friends arrive with a boat? I suspect Van stratten heard from Paulus very early on.

Paulus was in coverup mode at the time of the Monday evening meeting with J2K (poolside no body, no case). He made alibi statements to Beth and Jug  when they arrived a few hours later (I picked them up at 4 am). I think he was on the beach that night coordinating the disposal. I don't see Paulus depending on SC to get the job done. If the G boat was moored at the HI dock from the evening party cruise, he would not have hesitated to call the G relatives. The next day Joran and Paulus met with Van stratten, no record remains of the 12 noon visit in the police station. The documentaion indicates there was a visit. To me, this is all coming together.

We all assumed the G boat was returned to the G home after the evening party cruise (which Joran declined). What if the boat was moored at the HI dock and was not trailered and moved. That would be 100 yards from the mangroves where the body was hidden.

11 pm 5/30:  Meeting at Sloot home with J2K and PVDS. First false alibi created, PVDS determines "no body no case"

12 noon 5/31 or 6/1:  JVDS and PVDS meet with Van Stratten at police station. No details of what was said remain

your welcome I went to the posted site that was mentioned and the comments towards all the sloot are just scathing.  The sloots are done on that island Joran is described as something worse than a disgrace and the sloots are being verbally castigated for Jorans actions.  The aruban people are onsensed that the fami;y knew what was going on and that thier ahata and ale helped them cover it up putting thier island at risk and blame for thier sons shameful acts. sl

Wonderful.  Thank you so much.  I believe a whole new can of worms has been opened on Aruba and hopefully the natives can and will stand up for themselves.  IMO the VdS's will be looking over their shoulders for the rest of their lives.

Aside from that, remember the picture where Joran pounded on the hood of the police car, when he was supposedly, IIRC after the "confession," was that the mangrove location? Anyone know?
