On the Geraldo/ Baez nightmare, it could be something simple on why they play together.  Geraldo's contract at Fox is up in June. He's gotta keep those ratings up to extend it.  Hottest story in town is Caylee.  And they are both "the first Hispanics to ......." in their own minds.

Geraldo Rivera, who has been a war correspondent and host of his own weekend show on Fox News Channel, said Tuesday he had signed a four-year contract to stay at the network.

it has already been established that Caylee's death was not an accident, it's horrible to think, but i can see where she probably got pleasure out of killing that baby.  i think we will be more than shocked when all of this comes to light

Good Morning everyone, according to Orlando news, the defense team has already been at the remains site, hours after the motion was granted, they will be going back several more times. It would have made sense to have done this earlier, I can't even imagine how many people have now trampled the scene, what are they expecting to find?

Wasn't it that they didn't go sooner because the land owner did not give them permission?  They needed the judge to give permission since the landowner did not?

LE was holding it for them when Baez and team said something to the effect that everything was so torn up and excavated that they could not get any meaningful evidence blah blah blah ... so LE took down the crime scene tape and moved on ... Apparently now the dream team has a botonist on the payroll who wants to go in ... was my take on it.

They don't have forensic botanists or entomologists on their witness list, and even if they did, what could he testify to 6 weeks after LE left the scene?  

I clearly heard LKB say yesterday that their botanist wanted access to the site to see what kind of plant life grew there and wanted it ASAP as regrowth had already started.  I imagine he/she will testify to anything and everything that is opposite of what the prosecution's expert says ... and thinks it will look better if he/she has actually been out to the site.

I just thought about something .................I bet Cindy is panicking about what George is telling them while confined. She can't get to him right now and  that is why she agreed to be on Geraldo, to MAKE SURE George tells the same "script" that she is telling.

They. by procedure should have that person on their witness list, but the ONLY ones on their list are many of the same ones the prosecutors have on theirs.

To me Casey still looks pregnant and/or has put on a few pounds.

I'm not totally convinced that she isn't pregnant, yet.    Time will tell.     I hope it is just weight gain.   

Tampons was on her commissary order this week, check NG transcripts

She could have bought tampons to clean her ears out with.   

Or to make it look like she is not pregnant.

I have no opinion on the "is-she-pregnant-or-not" controversy, BTW.

 

I am now convinced that KC is NOT preggers. She would be showing by now and even with the jacket it would be more noticeable, the weight gain imo is to be expected.

She could have gotten pregnant in October,before her last arrest.That would make her about 3-4 months pregnant now.Just saying this is possible

The tapes of Kim Trenor's interview with GCSO were played in the courtroom for the jurors to hear.

So, anything that FBI taped, I am sure they will be played at the hearing, of George and Cindy.

Only if he signs a release or dies. If he dies (not wishing that mind you!) then the privilege is extinguished. But there is a hearsay rule in Michigan that allows for "exited utterance" when getting medical treatment - In this case the statements he made to the sheriff when he was found would be allowed but not those afterwards. Been a long time since I did criminal law but I am pretty sure this is correct.

I am not convinced she isn't pregnant. I also do not know if a person could gain the weight she has that quickly. Jailhouse food is not the best and is high in carbs. The treats she is ordering might be doing it.
She has no choices in the jail, the only " choices " she has is what to order off the menu. Food in any institution becomes a highlight of the day as there aren't too many other things to occupy her mind.

Is anyone in that family including their lawyers capabale of answering a simple question without sending a statement out to the media retracting it ? 
IMO, Cindy is not capable of being truthful at any time about anything.
They are responsible for the media circus.

Lee has been living his life quietly, except his lawyer goes on the TV and makes statements that Lee might be arrested and wants immunity. That is the type of thing that is keeping this thing going.
