O/T I'm siitng here and looking out at the marina ...very pretty at night with all the lights.
Very relaxing,as I have glass all the way across the front of my house.I come back to the laptop and the first thing I see is Seeme's "Evil Casey" picture.Now I am freaked out.

Thanks Turbo, but it says that the court doesn't have jurisdiction over TES, right? So does that mean they can suponea TES through a court in Texas? JSM is not very smart (I did not say DUMB, Boo) when it comes to legal documents. TIA JSM

Anyone can file a motion for a subpoena in any state, but whether the state has to grant it or not is another issue.  I am not sure Baez has standing in Texas to issue it because this is not a federal lawsuit.  Even if they do allow the motion, non-profits normally are insulated from that type of issue.  I did a little research on non-profit immunity in Texas, and it appears as if they have more immunity than if Florida, so we will see.

Those are excellent questions Z Gonzales's lawyer wants Casey to answer, also near the end of Feb, George and Cindy will be deposed, and Lee will be deposed the day after they are.

      A veritable feast ~ !  Wonder how Conway will try to stall that one for G & C ?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The Anthony family announced late Friday that the First Baptist Orlando will host the public memorial service for Caylee Marie Anthony at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 in the main Worship Center of their John Young Parkway Campus.

Caylee Anthony was 2 years old when she disappeared last summer. Her remains were found near the Anthony family home in December. Her mother Casey Anthony is being held in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial on first degree murder charges.

The case has captured worldwide attention and many people have waited since December 11th of last year when the remains were found, to learn when a memorial service would be held. The remains of the toddler were first in the possession of the Orange county Medical examiner then the defense team.

Casey Anthony’s parents and the grandparents of Caylee, George and Cindy Anthony had said through a family spokesperson that they had been actively preparing for a public and private memorial service and were only waiting on the remains to be released to them.

“I believe God placed First Baptist Church of Orlando here in Central Florida to make a difference in this community, and to love this community. We believe our purpose is to be a lighthouse, especially in difficult and dark times. One of those times is now as we have all been saddened by the death of Caylee Anthony.

Dr. David Uth, Senior Pastor of First Baptist Orlando, said in a statement.

“As a church, we want to provide hope, healing and the opportunity to experience Gods love. We believe that hosting the service will give us the opportunity to minister to a family in need and to a community that is hurting because of the loss of this precious child,” he added.

According to the press release, specific details about the service will be released as soon as additional information is available.

It seems they have SO much evidence against her.  Just start the dam* thing!

 

I think they are looking for something else.  I don't know what, but with the FBI holding back so much evidence, I believe they are looking at some type of Federal case to tie in with this one.

Someone mentioned earlier about how the sound kept going on Fox 35 when I was listening to that they made huge fun of the clothes she was wearing and then discusses how he was all about control, control, control. They said the arguments used at times were silly and the judge did not want to hear them and they whispered about the secret service being very involved.

To me Casey still looks pregnant and/or has put on a few pounds.

I'm not totally convinced that she isn't pregnant, yet.    Time will tell.     I hope it is just weight gain.   

Tampons was on her commissary order this week, check NG transcripts
