Thanks for posting this Klaas.

It makes me sick when I read this.  This is going to give a lot of other nuts who commit murder and want to tell their story for money.  I know others have done it before but these two are flaunting the fact that they beat the murder rap and are now going to make money on it.  They don't have one bit of remorse for what they did.  JMO.

Let them destroy their own pit of hell they call a forum.  I noticed the biggest nastiest liars (Wang Chung comes to mind) have become mute and the topic has morphed into a whole new area.  They are just a bunch of idiots. But, I did get a lot out of going back to research the info.

The young girlfriend of Joran , I knew about it before, it's been around for quite a while, but I sure didn't know she was 12 ! ! !  when they were going out or whatever it was he was doing with her.

Yes, you found all of that months ago but you never know when somethiing is going to become important especially the way some people twist the truth.   I did not imagine that this would come up and Joran's minions would lie so blatantly about his age when he was involved with this 12 year old.

Good thing you kept it or could find it again.  And as predicted, now a 17 year old and a twelve (12) year old are suddenly just two "teens"?  Twelve is no "teen" as I believe the word would be preteen.

Also I love the new definition of statutory rape as some old person and a young one having consensual sex!  I had to on that one.  While much has been made of the fact that Natlaee was a few months older than Joran, the age of consent to sexual activity I believe to be 16 so they were both old enough to consent based on that.

Statutory rape involves sex with someone, consensual or not, who is younger than the age of consent.  In this case, the girl is and Joran is not so I certainly hope nothing of that nature took place.  The graphic details of French Kissing as stated by someone of Joran's age and habits is just sickening. IMO, of course.  Obviously, some defend it to the death if the perp is Joran.  That is just totally but I did read just such today.  Why are the Joran supporters talking about statutory rape?  Do they know something we don't as they are always claiming to do?

It is indefensible for a 17 year old to be having any kind of intimate relationship with a 12 year old at these stages of developemnt for they are just too vastly mismatched both physically and emotionally.  Later in life, the number of years does not mean nearly as much but at this point they are critical.  But some people will try to justify just about anything I do believe.

Now I wonder why ALE was asking about all this?  And why did they allow Joran to lie about not knowing her last name?  The social norms in that place are just really something!

There used to be a picture of this girl over at Huff's Crime blog, but because she was so young and had nothing to do with the disappearance of Natalee, he never posted her name. Joran is the one who said there was no sex. My understanding is that HER parents made them break it off. So, she has parents who give a crap what she does.  The pix is gone.
She just looked like a young girl.  But I do not know the point of dragging her name into this. I know her first name is in the police statements, but she is a very young young girl who was probably flattered by the attention from Joran.

According to Val's former girlfriend Natalie from information on her website - Joran and Rika were an "item"  in early 2005 .  All of the above were students at the International School at that time. Rika was born May 28, (1992)  ( from information on her website) making her 12 at the time.  Notice that her 13th birthday would have been celebrated on the day before Natalee met Joran at the casino and at C&C's.
