That's very discouraging, if true that the hearing will be closed.
I hope this isn't the case.
The public has a right to know since we're now going to be footing the bill.
I hope someone from the media that has a shred of integrity requests that it be open.
Logically though, IF this affair bombshell IS a diversion, it's not diverting anything if this whole time the hearing was going to be closed.
Hornsby may not be right about this. I say start emailing reporters. I know I am.

I emailed someone at WFTV and they will have cameras there.

Absolutely.  I have always found him a little juvenile and much too spiteful in his attacks on both Bill Sheaffer and Kathi Belich.  Whatever legal expertise he possesses gets lost in excessive ego.

Morning Monka...yep his ego sure gets in the way and his need to inject himself in this case just shows to me what an immature young man he is.  He attacked Bill, Kathi and John Morgan............now he is defending AL....and attacking JB.

I think he is jealous that he didn't get to be KC attorney and they have not asked him for his advise. After all, in his mind, he, knows it all

Can’t remember his name, but it was just a sentence or two at the bottom of a page of quoted discussion of the professionals involved. I never saw it printed again.


It is a colleague of mine, Clint Van Zandt. However, I alerted the AG LAW and SA office to that fact in Sep. 08, I believe they may take a look   B
