I have not been hanging out in this cage much because it makes me so angry. The text msgs have cemented in my mind that TH is a pig, a murdering pig. I am by no means a prude, but I would not text that stuff to my hubby much less some stranger while my kid is gone and my step kid is missing (at my hand!).

Ya gotta remember that at one time KH liked this behaviour too!  Well, not to offend anyone but most men, if they think they are being private, do like and participate in some form of this bahaviour.  Nobody wants to admit it but guys do this all the time.  Some of em love a very forward and agressive gal buuuuttttt they ain't gonna marry one like that!  I've not seen too many marriages work when a man marries a woman who puts it all out there like that.  I gots to go to work, ya'll have a wonderful day and maybe our little boy will be home before I get back!

I think the reaction to the text messages is based on the fact that 1) Terri was married and sexting another man while her husband grieved  and Mostly 2) It's a window into where her mind was while Kyron is missing and the observation that her concern was non-existent.

I think it's real insight to her guilt and responsibility for what happened to Kyron. I could care less what anybody does behind closed doors as long as it doesn't include murdering a child.

While I agree to a certain extent, there is no condoning Terri's actions when Kyron had just gone missing.  The seriousness of the matter seems to be lost on Terri and all Terri cares about is herself.  This leads me to believe that Terri is not right in the head and it's very possible she could have harmed Kyron, in fact likely she did and disposed of his body.

The contrast that blows me away is the pictures of Terri standing beside Kaine and Desiree with her head down and face contorted. Put those messages next to that picture and there's an act going on somewhere!

I can tell you that DeDe was not a part of this "sexting" activity, and was upset when she learned that Terri had included lies about her in the texts, including that she was "parading around" in any state of undress. 

I think it is sad, but I would guess when a person's spouse has just left, her self-esteem must be at an all-time low.  Very sad.

Hard to keep track of all the lies.  A NORMAL innocent mom/stepmom would be more worried about a missing Kyron that building up her own self esteem.  Terri is a filthy woman and I have to wonder about anyone that would consider her still a friend.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Kaine Horman’s attorney filed new documents Monday in the custody battle over his young daughter with Kyron Horman’s stepmother.

In the documents, Kaine Horman said he doesn’t want his estranged wife, Terri Horman, to have any contact with their 23-month-old girl, Kiara, even if it’s supervised.



“It causes great pain to wonder if Kiara was with (Terri Horman) on June 4, 2010, and witnessed some unimaginable act of horror,” the documents state."I believe that any contact that (Terri Horman) has with out daughter will be detrimental and will jeopardize her physical safety and emotional well-being."

Lawyers for Terri Horman filed a motion Oct. 15 requesting parenting time. Kaine Horman offered a retort shortly after, saying he believes Terri Horman "abducted and may have caused unimaginable harm" to Kyron.

A hearing for the motions is scheduled for Nov. 4 at 1:30 p.m. A Jan. 6 hearing is also scheduled in the divorce case.

Investigators said Terri Horman was the last person to see Kyron on June 4 after a school science fair.

She has been the focus of law enforcement fliers and questionnaires, but deputies haven’t named anyone as a suspect or person of interest.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I just think it would have been better to have kept those text messages out of the public's view. Wish they would have just used those with the divorce and custody issues, and the lawyers fight out everything. It just seems so wrong to me
