I still want to know if Freddy has a car and if so is it white!  I would also like to know if Freddy is now in Miami.  He wasn't seen in any of the photos the last couple weeks partying with Joran.  Koen, Sander, Jaime and Satish were all seen but not Freddy or Deepak.

Klaas... do you know what Freddy's actual name/names is/are?  That can easily be determined... DMV info is publically available in Florida.  Includes make/models of car.  Let me know what his legal name is and I'll se what I can come up with.

What I find strange though is that if they left CnC's around 1:15 and they didn't get home until 2:20, where were they for an hour+? They circle the block, drive to the lighthouse, drop Joran, and drive home.  Deepak says he was driving 90 kph at some points - that's pretty dang fast. How many miles is it from CnC's to the lighthouse and then to Hooliberg?

Its kinda funny but I feel that Deepak actually liked Joran and maybe even looked up to him..  I really don't think Deepak is very smart, he is just a slime ball.. He is a posser a wannabee..  Do you think we might get some of the other statements from the other PIMPS?

I think Deepak's time estimates are way off, by 20 minutes at least.  They don't match what his own lawyer hes said about the electronic records.  And his estimate about the phone call was very broad, anywhere from 2:45 to 3:15.  His 2:20 estimate could vary by 15 minutes either way too.

For some reason Satish was a friend of Koen before Joran even knew him.  That is curious to me.  Other than that I'd say that Joran was using them for Deepak's car.

I assume that Joran played the part, that his Father (Paul) is the judge on the island and basically he runs the island.. You know I guess he was right on that.. These Kalpoes were peons, they don't even have a new car and I assume that they drank what Joran bought them.. He might of given them a few dollars to play the games.. The girls were just a side item..  I guess I'm looking at the King of the Bling (Deepak), come on he is a loser and I'm pretty sure most girls would agree...

To your question as to how late we got home, I can say the following. We arrived home approximately 02.20 hours....
After having chatted with John I went into the living room and watched TV. Between 02.45 and 03.15 hours, I cannot remember the exact time it was, Joran phoned me. He asked me what I was doing. I answered that I was watching television. I asked him, and you? He answered that he was at that moment in time walking home.

David Kock:  Up to now, we have the ones that are relevant, so that's why we are actually comfortable with our investigation at this moment and how it's developed.

David Kock: Yes, there are internet records that show the time that Deepak got home, of course, we do not have any for Satish, because he went home,as you know, and went to his  bedroom, went to sleep in his bedroom , there's no computer,  he wasn't either on the phone anymore, but his brother Deepak was and for that we already have the records and that is also what we indicated during the hearing of the so-called gardner, when he stated at a certain time he saw the three there, whereas we had concrete proof that that was just not possible.

while the gardener said that at 2 30...  that he's so convinced that at two thrity, he saw the three of  them next to the Racquet club  So, it's just physically that's impossible.

Greta Van Susteren:  So, as best I can piece together... Your client is with Deepak they are brothers they live together,  so presumably your client was  home was as well at 2 o'ccock Is that consistent with what your evidence is?

David Kock: I think that is a very logical assumption also...  no?

Greta Van Susteren:  Is there any evidence David, cell records or internet records  to place Joran any particular place at any particular time?

David Kock: No, I mean there are the phone records of when, you know, when he called Deepak, as you know, around 2:40, and then afterwards a little bit after 3 o'clock, and there have been some triangulation to indicate where he was, so that is consistent with the area where he was supposed to be, so in that aspect that is also covered. So, you know, the story matches the facts as it stands right now.

Greta Van Susteren: All right, so your client 2 o'clock to 3 o'clock  is on the internet at home.  I've been in his room,  I've seen the computer or I saw where it was. . He gets phone calls at 2:40 and 3:00 o'clock from Joran. Where do the cell phone records place the phone that Joran is using at 2:40 and 3:00 o'clock in the morning.

Can anyone guess at which day Deepak says he vacuumed his car because of the sand Joran got in it? Does it seem to anyone else that this statement about Joran w/ sand on his shorts & legs is strange?  Could they have possibly been in a hurry doing something on the beach or beachy area and didn't take the time to wipe off the sand?  perhaps getting out of somewhere fast as to not be seen?  I cannot decipher "which" day Deepak is talking about....

I mentioned the sand the other night.  In an interview, Joran talked about the sand and how he got it over Deepak's car.  It was one of those "too much information" times and it stuck out in my head.  Now I see it mentioned in Deepak's statement.  This is significant, but I don't know why.

Is it because there was really no sand and it was to throw everyone off about where they actually were?

Is it because it would explain why someone would find it necessary to vacuum in the middle of the night?

Is it because Natalee was hurt/unconscious on the beach and they got a lot of sand in the car dragging her bacj in the car because they didn't know what to do with her?  Is this why they started speeding?  Were they originally going to try to get her help and then she stopped breathing?

I haven't quite grasped the significance of that planted information yet, but I have some ideas.

I asked about it the other night but there were no replies.  I think at the time, the monkeys were hot on the trail of another scoop, so I dropped it and thought I would bring it up again another time.

My vote:  It's a made up story to explain away the odd & obsessive car-cleaning (which in reality was evidence eradication).  The "Joran almost faling into the water" too much info and may actually have happened at another point in time that he knew about.

Or did Natalee almost push him in the water--of his pool, and fell, hit her head, and drowned?

Terry, as a female who once was in the business of pursueing males long ago in another time, even though that was a while back, times have not changed, only people.  There is still 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute, but if that is a constant, one other thing that is a constant with attractive girls which I was considered one in my day, is no one would take up with either one of these 3 as a girlfriend, maybe a convenience to take them to the beach, buy them a drink, dance when no one else was around, but a serious date - neither one.

It could very well be that Natalee was indeed virgin, and this is the explanation for physical activity which would have changed that.  Or would have been obvious to medical examiner...

This animates Anita's overly graphic desriptions to Beth and Greta during interview.  Are sloots attempting to explain away how a virgin is not a virgin if/when found?

I think it's just that when Deepak made his statement he hadn't seen the phone records.  20 minutes isn't a big difference when you are estimating in your head 2 weeks later.  I think Kock's time is more reliable because he had seen the records.

Joran is putting Deepak down, his little brother can beat Deepak.. He is the lowest of the peaking order..  Even Satish has more standing than little man Deepak.. All he has going for him is that he has a car on that small island and that he is a clerk at the internet cafe.. I think he was telling Skeeter that he wanted to goto Miami Dade Community College when he got his movie deal.. Not to put MDCC down but its a two year college in Miami, its not that impressive..  He has no big plans for life..
