IM thank you with much persistance I was finally able to view it and I'd say yes you could get a scatch on a van if you were to back into the area there.  Especially if you were in a panic.

There is no doubt in my mind that this has to do with something Tommy said while being questioned.  Police started  yesterday and Lindsey was brought in today.  Wonder what she knows or did they bring her in to protect her?

does anyone know how it went for Lindsy today?? or where she and the kids are?

What it sounds like to me is that Lindsy and Tommy did not get their timeline together.  And I believe she is still on Tyler for the time being.

so Lindsy went in for questioning today and had two kids with her and returned to Tyler St., her home?

I saw a picture of Lindsy taken earlier today being escorted by 2 investigators, but no children were in sight.  I do not know where the children were.  There is a video of an interview or to her responding to a reporter today somewhere  on-line .

They sure are being very close mouthed about this search and what they have.  But Tommy clearly gave up some pretty good information, I thought so last night when I saw the video of him walking back to jail.  He was talking too much.  Like he had finally been set free?  JMO

Sorry!  Didn't mean to re-post!  Meant to quote it to bring up other possible scenarios.  What if something did happen after Tommy's (assuming Misty went to a party or something there)?  Theory A: Misty took Haleigh, who got into something/met with an accident.  Misty was afraid of Ron, panicked and convinced somebody to help her hide Haleigh (hence all the boat stuff to Stoke's Pond), and convinced someone to cover for her to protect her.  Theory B: Misty gave the kids something to put them to sleep while she went and partied, came home and discovered Haleigh dead (OD, Seizure, bad reaction), panicked, convinced someone to help her, she drove Haleigh to meet whoever, they disposed of the body, and she stage the kidnapping scenario.
Feel free to dissect b/c I don't have a clue.     I might as well go to bed too. I'm taking Klaas advice to FannyMae-I may as well go to bed b/c me staying up won't change a thing.  *I think she knows my spouse.  LOL!  'Nite all!

looks like they could cut across on the power line road instead of going the long way. It looks like  many partys have gone on there.
