Just a short break.

Anthony Family Attorney May File Lawsuit Against Brad Conway

probably why he is not in court today.

I wondered if the A's were going to have a problem with Conway being on In Sessions so much.

They have enough going on..........they better tend to their own business as they are in deep water and they can only tread water so long.

So how many more tonight?

Will it still be streaming live even though it is a weekend?

We are on #11 now.

They are going to get through #16 tonight.

I am sure it will be streamed.

(Was on the phone, hope my answer is not too late.)

I think so, but let me say IT BETTER BE!~

I'm disappointed in InSessions TruTV.  As they went off the air (so that 'Street Patrol' could air <rolls eyes>) they said 'see you Monday'..... knowing that court would be in session tomorrow.

What an whoos.  Can't make it until 11pm?  Not like it's something that happens every day.

Poor babies cant get their cocktail & google the night away reading what us "idiot bloggers" have to say....cry me a river!

Just called my brother and asked him about this "age of the defendant at the time of the crime" in jury instructions. He said in this state unless the person is 16 years of age or younger that is not relevant unless they are charging a juvenile as an adult. He said after the age of 18 unless there is a mental deficiency claimed by the defense it would not be relevant and that is not an instruction he has ever heard.
Hence the brain damage bit by Finnell?  Thanks for the info.
She's forgetting there was no prior history on any medical or mental health issue before the murder...just because a hired defense "expert" comes in to testify doesnt make it so.  Speaking of which, is there anything in the discovery about Casey getting an MRI or scan while incarcerated that I may have missed (shocking as that may be)?

Not even close.  Judge Perry is talking to the jurors right now.  Some are going to have to stay a few more hours tonight and the rest will come back tomorrow.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

So, I am just getting on.  Did I miss anything today.  Do we have a single juror yet?

I see a seal in the courtroom now.

Speaking of that, what's with this underdeveloped brain thing Finnell keeps bringing up?  Has Casey been diagnosed with an underdeveloped brain and I missed it?  First day of selection Finnell was talking about what a good student Casey was?  I'm confused.

I wonder if his wife considers him a hot date?   Like someone else already stated, they can't google the pj's names and dig up dirt, no cocktails, no nothing.  Do I feel for them, heck no,  they just aren't used to working.

What are they going to say? Casey suffered brain damage due to a lack of oxygen when Cindy choked the crap out of her for stealing from her elderly grandparents...so, I killed my baby? Huh...

Something about Finnell's voice and/or demeanor just grate on me to no end!!  I can't pinpoint it ...
I feel like she thinks she's smarter than everyone, including the judge.

She absolutely is, she is a brilliant attorney, but that is her problem, folks don't seem to be "getting" the way she frames her questions to them.

I actually like her. She seems to be trying to be as fair as a defense attorney can be. I think she is really intelligent too.
