I'm with San on the idea that Joran could ever tell the truth, it's simply beyond him.

My biggest objection to his offer to tell where Natalee's body is, beyond the fact of his audacity to demand only to the Aruban authorities...........is that he's raising HOPE in her parents and family members once again.

We only get one heart in this lifetime and theirs have been wrenched repeatedly for five long years as he toys with them.

I despise him.

Has anyone else seen the video in the casino when Stephany walks up to Joran and hands him a poker chip...? Clearly his hand is facing upwards and open when she extends her hand. Then he drops it on the table on top of his other chips....Was she lending him a chip or repaying? 

They KNEW EACH OTHER  PREVIOUSLY. I am looking for the clip to show but haven't found it yet....I am sure you have seen it.

I  truly believe that joran will not live in prison. He will be killed within a short time. In those prisons are brutal beasts that would think nothing of torturing him before they kill him  and I believe he will be forced thru torture from other prisoners to tell the truth. He will enter the gates of hell! If mommy sends him money for food! the food or the money will be taken from him.
His life as he once knew it is totaly over. No matter how many lies he tries to tell  peru has enough evidence on him. If I am not mistaken isnt it a fact that prisoners wear the same clothes they came in with? no showers no modern toilets and probably no toilet paper.
He has not his daddy to protect him now all he has is mommy! she will go broke  getting him legal help and food. Her sporter  will likely meet paulus soon!!!

So, OK, Aruba, where is she?  Joran told you.  You didn't hide her AGAIN, did you?

Compare and contrast the anger and outrage of the Peruvians to Aruba laughing at Joran's victim there.  Of course, Natalee was American and not one of their own but the startling contrast is showing Aruba in all its "radiant glory" as the corrupt and just plain evil place that it is.

Can you imagine the people of Peru protesting against a victim's family the was the evil ones did in Aruba?  If Aruba had not taught Joran that he could do no wrong, not even when he killed somebody, two young women would be alive and getting on with their lives today.

Now Aruba is whining that the media in the U.S. is bashing them again.  I should hope it is.  What do they expect after they refused to even collect evidence against Joran?

He is probably just lying again anyway but let's see Aruba get right on this and give them 24 hours to produce the remains before the whole world starts bashing them.

I'm glad Tim Miller is in Aruba now to assist in the search.

If it is true, they won't let Tim Miller anywhere around the remains. "IF" and this a is a big IF - they do go get them they will want all the glory and want all the press as if they were instrumental in "solving" the case.

They have WAY too much to hide at this point.

The Persistence spectacle/debacle?... was a fabulous litmus test

It is expected the decision of the fiscal Ninfa Espinoza Sotomayor, who will define whether to conduct a criminal complaint with the judiciary.

Other than one of my DILs ... family members have only tolerated my addition to the Natalee Holloway case.

In the past week ... hubby has been watching either NG or JVM while he is eating dinner.  A friend has read both of my books ... Corruption in Paradise and Loving Natalee.

My eldest son called me this morning and requested that I email him updates as he and family will be going on a four day camping/fishing trip.
