Viewing the casino video......  Does anyone else think it strange how Joran is the only one who turns his head as Stephany approaches the poker table in the casino.  To me, it looks like he has already met her, recognizes her, and therefore is the one to immediately acknowledge her while the other men at the table take absolutely no notice of her.  I mean, Joran is sitting with his back facing Stephany as she walks in.  It seems odd to me that he would turn completely around to shake her hand before even making eye contact or holding a glance of any kind.  Meanwhile, none of the other men at the table seated more in eyeshot of her even notice her until Joran turns to greet her.  It's almost as if Joran was expecting her to arrive, like he already had met her previously.  The news outlets are stating that this is video of the "first" meeting between Joran and Stephany, and yet I wonder how it was concluded that this was their first contact with one another.  The other weird thing is that it looks like Stephany is slipping something into his hand as they make the handshake greeting.  Also, did Stephany always walk like that?  I mean, look at how she is walking....more like shuffling with slumped shoulders and flat-footed steps that look like someone already under the influence of something.  It's a very odd "first meeting" to me, and I wonder if anyone else has noticed these oddities in the video?

I think as long as Anita gives the Peruvian attorney enough cash, he will fight Joran's charges.  This doesn't mean Joran will be acquitted or even that the attorney's efforts will effect the case, but an attorney in any country will file some sort of legal brief if he is compensated well.  They don't have a jury in Peru.  A panel of three judges determine guilt based on a preponderance of evidence.  This is a much lower bar to meet than in the US.  I really don't know if the judges can change the charge, but the judges have a great deal of power.
