Party photos, tattoos and jury selection was discussed at a status hearing Friday for Casey Anthony.

Her trial is set to start in a month and the defense is very concerned of the time limitations on them to find a fair and impartial jury.

In this photo, it is clearly her hair and not a bruise on Caylee's cheek.  I see where Baez is going, most likely due to all of us bloggers, but Casey and Caylee's life was what it was.  Yes, she carted Caylee all over the place at all hours of the day and night.....yes, she had Caylee with her while spending the night at Ricardo's, she even let Caylee sleep with them, in that bedroom in the photo.  These are not moty habits and many more of her habits will come to light during the trial as well.

Isn't there a picture of Caylee at Richards where there is a bruise on her little cheek. The one where Cindy first said Casey told her it was taken at the Nanny's. Then later said it was Richards apartment but they 2 apartments were alike or something to that effect.
