Either she left without her phone and then came back to get it, and had a second phone, or she never left with Caylee as she said. Didnt happen. That Smarmy B*stard.

I, too, have always thought he was lying about this. Glad there is evidence to contradict the lie. Good find, Blink.

I understand better why law enforcement settled so soon on Casey as the responsible party. The evidence is there.
If this woman is not convicted, or if she gets a light sentence, it will be for political reasons, not for lack of evidence.

Like the rest of you, I won't be interested in buying a book that benefits any Anthony or any defense connection, or even any of Casey's "friends" (aka ill-used acquaintances.) But, I would like to see a complete story told by law enforcement.

I think the initial indicators to LE were the 31 day reporting delay and Casey could not produce any facsimile of a suspect, using the F.A.C.E. computer program (whereby suspects are literally built one feature at a time, down to skin tone/identifying marks & imperfections/freckle color & general density).  Her overall demeanor (tone of voice, facial expressions, body language, patterns of speech) and lack of verifiable supporting information were also factored in at that point.  Her entire story is illogical, if not impossible, with supporting details always being added after the facts (classic Thinking On Your Feet behavior)- Casey reminding Cindy during taped jail visits months later that "Zanny gave her hair straightener, she gave Zanny a house key, videos she took to Zanny's, etc.".
I, too, would like to read a book by Le, particularly Yuri.

Maybe this is what we should be expressing to the book publishers...

Could casey have left the phone home - and left earlier to dispose of Caylee REMAINS ??? Then come back?  Would the phone have showed in the area of hopespring if she was on surban?

So, in the car truck, evidence of links to a "shallow marshy area with decaying vegetation" was present before Caylee's remains were found. Wouldn't that be a strong direct connection between Casey and the recovery area? Now if they found the same on the bottom of Casey's shoes...can't find it on her pants after Cindy washed them.

I'm not so sure they wouldn't find these chemicals on Casey's pants after washing.  In my experience Pine resin is very difficult to get off, even with soap.  If in fact, those pants are THE pants, bleaching them would be a noticeable alteration (removing stains, but also color). Lemon oils would also be difficult to remove.  The oils would penetrate the fabric fibers, IMO.   I think cleaning the clothing with turpentine would ruin the fabric also.  Again, I am a rank amateur.  So, what do I know?
Having a little trouble understanding how the limonene and pinene compounds in the trunk could have come from the remains site.  She didn't put the body in the car, drive to the site, unload the body, change her mind, and put it back into the trunk.  Unless the compounds are from Casey's discarded clothing and shoes, I am more inclined to think they had to have come from the A's back yard (pool area, mulch around pool/playhouse/sandbox, backyard vegetation, etc.), with those cadaver dog hits.  What do you think? 

Very good points. I'm still hoping for a direct link from Casey to the recovery area. But, I see where it could be from the pool.

My belief is that the terpenes would be totally different in their yard, as compared to the swampy area.

That would be my thought too.  Could the Pinene and Limonene have remained in trunk if she drove into the woods?

If she backed into the woods, which is what I think happened, yes. They fall, and get stirred up. Especially if she used a tool or something to help place her there, and then returned it to the trunk.

The call was allegedly associated with Tony, who apparently called a lawyer toot sweet?

So are you saying that Tony called a constuction lawyer right away? Maybe Davis was a family friend or the only atty that Tony knew of? If so, it seems as if Davis gave Tony some good advice....cooperate no matter what.

No, I try to observe what people are wearing, but I honestly could never remember a month before what anyone was wearing including myself. And the cooking show bs he was talking about, that to me was just plain silly.

Casey's off of the carpet sample? It would be normal for it to be there, unless it was on the underneath side, which would make more sense to get such a clear print. Or did they just throw it out there and it came from the duct tape.  It's such a perfect print.

Could it be a copy of her fingerprint to use for comparison on any found?

I found something in the 8/4/08 interview with CA. On page 27 about line 20 she says GA saw caycee and Caylees backpacks when HE WAS LEAVING THE MORNING OF JUNE 16. Much differant then seeing them leave in the afternoon for work.

Riddle me this, monkey peeps.  Is there any evidence that Casey went anywhere without her phone?  Does anyone recall any of her friends saying, oh, she always forgets to charge her phone, or left it at home, ever?  I don't remember it ever happening.  (Run out of gas, sure, but never her phone.)

  Good one, Monkalicious and totally spot on!  Seriously, who remembers what we were even wearing two months ago on the third Monday, much less what our family members were wearing too?!  Sounds like Cindy/Casey coaching/leading the witness to me.  After all, they both specialize in embellishing every answer, statement, and story with unnecessary details.  That's o.k. though, the more details there are, the harder it gets to remember GEORGE.
