CBB are you feeling better.....stay away from those old M&M's from now on!!

Thanks, Sunny! No worries there, trust me!!! I'd like to send a box of them to Casey though!!!

Hope you are feeling better. She will probably scream and carry on, and the baliffs will have to escort her out, right to the institution where she belongs.

Nothing mentions where Lee was.  He was not mentioned at the church or an any other article.  If the Baptism was really meaningful you would expect the son to be present.  I am wondering if there is a huge split in the family or has he forgotten about Caylee?

NR, I'd bet he told the truth in his depo and sin-sin has banished him!

I am staying firm with my belief that Lee has had enough, spilled everything, that is why the lawyer is gone. But of course I could be wrong

Sorry if you have already seen this !! if so it could be a little refresher on the evilness of cindy!! If not see her true self in action.

Cindy Anthony apparently thinks she’s a mob boss. After listening to the tape of Cindy’s message to Tim Miller, that is the only conclusion I can make. She tells Tim, “Do not cross the Anthonys. Do not fight me on this; I will win

Cameras weren't allowed inside, but those who attended said that the girl's grandparents were re-baptized and the congregation watched a video montage of Caylee.                      (I have no words, I really don't, besides this was somekind of stunt.)

I'll remain mum as well .... except:  "re-baptized" ?  Wasn't the first one [ if there was one ] valid ? Unreal.

Next week will be fun

WDBO Local News

Casey Anthony hearing set for next week
By Bob Hazen @ August 10, 2009 9:38 AM Permalink | Comments (0)
A judge will hear arguments in the case against Casey Anthony next week.

The hearing on Friday, August 21, will deal with 4 motions:

To certify Texas Equusearch's Tim Miller as a material witness for the defense

To bar bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his crew from testifying for prosecutors

To quash a subpoena for Anthony's ex-boyfriend Anthony Lazarro

To put off the start of Anthony's trial on check fraud charges.

Anthony is charged with murdering her daughter Caylee and dumping her body in woods near their east Orlando home. Sunday would have been Caylee's 4th birthday.

Prosecutors want Anthony's trial on check fraud charges to begin as soon as possible, but her attorneys say they need more time so they can focus on her murder case

Thanks, and I'm waiting for Andrea's briefs also.

I bet they weren't even baptized a first time, this is all for show, they must think the public will like them more

They could of been dipped repeatedly in the Atlantic Ocean for all the good it would do.  Being baptized has no effect if you are not pure in your reasons for being baptized.  Do they really think they can fool God too?

Hmmmmm repeatedly dipped in the ocean.... sounds like water boarding....now that is more like it.  Sorry if this offends anyone.  I love God and Jesus with all my heart but I just don't see either Cindy or George being true in either their thoughts or their heart.  God will be the one to decide that.  I am not judging, I am giving my opinion.  The only pure one in all of this is with him now.  God bless you Caylee.

I would have to do some serious research into Florida agency law - but he claims casey made an ORAL agreement with LP and team to serve as agents.

Now this could be interesting - as fundamental to agency law is the concept that the "master must answer."  Thus the master would be casey if she assigned agency to LP and if an agent does something as an agent for the master - the master must answer, not the agent.   Example - Doctor hires nurses and staff to be agents of his business.  Patient makes arrangement to pay doctor 50 dollars a month till balance is paid.  Doctor wants his money now. Sues patient.  Patient wins based on fact that doctors agent acting on his behalf had the authority to authorize such a payment plan.  Therefore the doctor must honor agreement his agent made - thus, the "master must answer."

Also pertinent, what is Florida's law regarding oral contracts ... in general?
